i agree with the death of the british language, i'm a bow boy but lived in glsgow and settled in essex, the language that's been creeping in for 15+ years down here is strange, we'd have the wee essex lads adopt this gangster twang "ya get me init" then when you'd ask why they were talking like it? it was "london talk" "cockney how i'm talking how im walking init bruv"..years ago i'd poke fun and ask the essex lads their area codes as they spent so much time in london? the closest half of these numpties got to london was sitting in the back of their parents car driving through or watching eastenders on the telly,a definate pet hate of mine in the new language of the youth, i order a pizza and i've some lad on the phone "yeah what can i get you bruv, oh u want bear toppings yeah" with that daft twang it's more irritating than being abroad and hearing somebody before i see them yelling allwight geeeza lol it's the language of numpties and i dread to think what people will hear when they visit the uk in 30 years time
