Grand Master Apidej Sit-Hirun Passes Away

Fairtex master trainer and Muaythai legend Grand Master Apidej Sit-Hirun has sadly passed away.

Below is a statement from Fairtex CEO Anthony Lin:

"I am very sad tonight as I just received news that Grand Master Apidej Sit-Hirun has passed away. He is the "GREATEST Muaythai Fighter of the Century", a Title only given by The Authority of Thailand. He is the only Muaythai Fighter to have held 7 different championship title in Muaythai and Boxing in several weight categories for over a decade with over 370 wins and less than 10 losses; a record no other Muaythai champions has ever come close. I miss my Master... He was the first to teach me Muaythai and how to kick with power. He made it fun. He inspired me to Pay-It-Forward. He has taught me to be humble and appreciate life... I miss you... Rest In Peace..."

Our condolences go out to his family and friends.
