Yet another UK SuperStar Panicos Yusuf (Superpetch/All Powers Gym) European Champion will face Thailand’s SuperStar Rittijak Kaewsamrit (Double K Gym/ Thailand), a 2 time World Champion with over 240 fights to his name.
Currently ranked #3 in the UK, Panicos is widely regarded as one of the most talented fighters around and holds wins over many big names in his 37 fight career, including Josh Palmer, Stephen Hodgers, Seamus Cogan and 4 times World Champion Rung Kharnphan.
He is one of the most technically gifted fighters on the circuit today and will need to call on all these skills when he takes on former WMC bantamweight World Champion Rittijak. Panicos’s last defeat was in May 2010 Pts v Greg Wooton.
Hailing from the world renowned Kaewsamrit gym in Bangkok, Thailand, famous for producing multiple champions such as Anuwat & Singmanee, Rittijak made his first appearance on UK soil earlier this year with a first round KO of his foreign opponent. With a decorated career spanning 2 decades and more than than 240 fights, he brings a wealth of talent and experience to the ring and will provide the sternest of tests for UK based Cypriot Panicos.
