Hi, try long walks, with short jogs, say you walk 1 mile try jogging or even fast walking few 100m!
If you dont want to do it outside, inhouse step ups using just the stairs, can turn into a fun exercise with kids see how many you could do in a minute.
If you dont mind outside try jogging small distances increasing it every time you run.
