if federations could be arsed to keep their sites updated with rankings , they could also compel promoters holding shows under their sanction (which would in due course affect rankings) to submit show results /official scorecard scans/pdfs so that across the board people could keep a track independently and within the sanctioning body of who fought who when and the result.

boxrec can do this for virtually every boxer on the planet why is there not one for other martial arts?
