Hey Guys,

Just wanted to get everyone's opinions on preparing for a same day weigh in.

Just want to make sure i am hydrated enough etc but also make weight.

Walk around about 69kg but cutting to 65KG which is easy usually fight at 67kg and come in lighter or bang on to the ring.

Im just interested to know different ways of preparing for this as on a same day weigh in you have very little time to take on food and re hydrate.

Ive personally just fed up the night before then on the day of weigh in have something light couple of hours before the fight (after weighing in obvs)

whats everyone thoughts

Cheers Rich
