Gloves may come down to personal preference so what one may say is their best may not be another's best pair of gloves.

I have had (used and abused) Windy, Twins and Sandee Velcro gloves. I have owned a pair of Sandee lace up's which I gave away after 3/4 uses (to help a brother out) :-). Ive used fairtex and Raja one time only (I liked the Raja).

But my current gloves which are a pair of red 10oz Yokkao lace up's and a pair of black 14oz Yokkao lace up's are by far the best gloves I have had/used.

There not the cheapest but a lot of good gloves are not really cheap, but when you consider how much you use them and how long they last it's worth the money spent.

If you haven't had the pleasure of training in lace up's then id give it a go. I wouldn't go back to Velcro again if I could help it.

Hope that helps.
