Greg Wootton (KO Gym, London) vs Rungrat Sasiprapa (Thailand)

UK number 1 super-lightweight Greg ‘The Prodigy’ Wootton enters The Main Event stage looking for another huge scalp after a pivotal 2014

Greg, who is the holder of the WMC MAD World Title and the Enfusion World strap, boasts a record of 29 wins from 33 fights and has faced some of the world’s biggest names already. In November last year Greg achieved what many have described as the best win ever by an English fighter, defeating top Thai and multiple champion Petchboonchu FA Group, who is regarded as one of the very best fighters of recent years. Other notable scalps for the Londoner include Andrei Kotsur, Panicos Yusuf and Luke Turner.

On May 23rd Greg faces yet another tough test against a Thai fighter in the form of Sasiprapa Gym’s Rungrat, who, at the age of 19, already has over 80 fights experience and is tipped as one of Thailand’s next superstars. This weekend Rungrat impressed on the Siam Warriors show in Ireland, demolishing his Dutch opponent with relentless kicks and knees to take a 2nd round stoppage win.

A matchup of the highest order, this fight will be worth the entrance fee on its own!
