I got lucky how?
I caught Pauls kick off balanced him and landed a kick to the head. I've said already I regret the result of the kick but don't be mistaken I would throw the kick again and I'm sure paul would do the same.
I wasn't lucky it was basic muay thai. Yes paul took the first, I would say I edged the 2nd and imo I was slightly ahead in the 3rd and given the damage I would have taken it.
Would there be he same outcry if paul had landed the jumping knee he tried in the 1st? No of course not. People expected paul to win because of his trickery and overlooked the fact I'm actually not bad at this. Maybe if I had been a cunt and celebrated abt the win but I didn't then people would have thought that I was the better fighter but my first concern is for my opponent, how it will effect him and his family ,after such an injury it doesn't mean that I don't think I deserved the win or maybe if I was another English fighter then it would have been accepted more readily.

I only have so many fights left before I retire and I want to improve my international standing as a fighter as I feel I have proven time nd again that I am one of the best in the uk.
So please, to coin a Scottish phrase, gies peace n move on.
