Dreadsen, a while ago you told me about the crocodile kick. Do you or anybody else have pictures or information on this kick. I still don't understand how it's thrown.
Thanks for any help.
I think Steve Irwin might have some info on that one...
I know you don't want my selftrained horrible technique a@# to make a photo.
I'll get something.
You are talking about Crocodile whips its tail, right?
Thats what I'm guessing...spin kick?
Ben-what are those pics for?

crocodile whips its tail
is thai for spinning hook / heel kick

Oooops, sorry about the pics at the top. When I read "crocodile" kick, I thought someone was joking, so I practiced putting pics on the Ax. Never tried it before.

Ben-I thought that was and odd pic for here. :)
That's a lot simpler than I thought. I always thought it was a roundhouse thrown up, with a slight pause at the top and then snapped down with a diagonal angle either towards the neck or thigh.
No the kick that chuck it talking about by the same name is not a heel kick.
It is a sort of kick to the thigh with the shin on the off side of the body whipping the leg in a tail like motion.
Wrong again, that's the alligator NOT crocodile kick. Very similar but one has has it's toes exposed.
What's the story on the pic Matt- posted ? Didn't that guy used to be on AX ?
How would the Thai's know about alligators? There are no alligators in Asia...
There are plenty of sharks in Thailand!
matt,
there are no kankarroos in uk, but i know about them!
no snakes on ireland but they know about them
it's the mircle of communication,
and travel!
people could learn about things across the world even before the internet was made.
and with S.E.A beging on the main trade routes from east to west,
they get chinese japanese spices,
british...?? free loaders , african silver wear and Egiptian carpetry,
i'm sure someone amongst these traders met someone who knew someone who had a staory about alligators!
I have only seen it done to the neck.
There are alligators in China.
Yeah, but they are not call alligators in China, that is what the western world calls them.
Right Too live Kru!
You know exactly what Kick Chuck is talking about.
And Matt it's not called "alligator" it would be what ever alligator means in China, Thai, etc.
Sandy,
Where are those Lumpinee pics from? Is that Samkor?
HH yes it is ! i was there about 2 months ago !! at lumpini and watched that fight ! ( my mates pic he took ! ) and i / we went backto get his pic: etc: cheers great !!

Oh, I can recognize a Samkor when I see one.
"Yeah, but they are not call alligators in China"
Damn, you've got me there.
Crocadile whips it's tail is what westerners refer to as the spinning hook kick to the head or neck. Sandy's picture was the one
"How would the Thai's know about alligators? There are no alligators in Asia..."
