fatboy you cant get it over the counter anymore
you can get it on the net or on prescription or from most gyms really, it's easily available

safe usage is using the recomended dosage and cycling it so you take it for no more than 6 weeks on the trot then have 2 weeks off otherwise your body gets used to the effects

The only legal non steroidal supplement proven to work for fat loss is ephedrine and it's herbal!
After that you're looking at clenbuterol stacked with T3 and whilst clen isn't a steroid as such, it's classed as a steroid
