Well has this thread turned ugly..instead of the insults lets get some challenge in the ring WKA Vs WKBF fighters this should sort the men from the boys the sanctioning bodies from the rest,I have always tried to work in with everybody in NSW and if fighters choose to be with whoever well thats is all in fine but when you guys start to throw insults and accusations
about our body well that is another story...
If WKA Paul Grima fighters want to be Australia champions until the day they die will let it be,but when you get guys like Frank Zammit who has had enough fights as a amatuer to fight for World Title give the guy some respect he does not matter if it is a NZ or American or France or Dutch or Thai so long as the guy is originally from another country,that qualifys a World Title,New Zealanders are classed as the best in the world in the middleweight and Superheavyweight so I do not know why you guys think they are not good fighters...
Why don!t the Europe promoters get fighters from Australia & NZ because of the cost factor and that is the same reason Austraila & NZ do not get to many overeseas fighters from Europe...
I have taken fighters to Greece to fight for intercontinetal & World Titles and they have beaten fighters over there for WKBF titles if you think that a sanctioning body is about the quantity and not the quality then you guys need to reaccess about how the sport works...
WKBF have legitmate fighters in our body we are moving forward we have
K1 Grandprix champion we have the best Superheavyweight fighters and
supermiddleweight fighters in Australia and soon to be middleweight, welterweight.
I would love to see the best WKA fighters fight the best WKBF fighters
especially from Paul Grima!s gym they seem to think they are the best....
Our fighters will fight any fighter here in NSW or in Australia...
and that is what it is all about not about who is the best body but about a fighter holding as many sanctioning belts around his waist which proves he is the best....e.g. Kostya Tzyu unified boxing titles...
We have brought fighters from all over the world to fight WKBF Amatuer Titles..Please do not say we have not done anything and our fighters are nobodies do your homework you critics you will be suprised at who our champions are and going to be.....
Paul I have respected you as a fighter as a amatuer and professional I wish you the best as a trainer and promoter...I am looking forward to seeing a K1 Grandprix Champion and World Champions come from your stable in the future,if you think WKBF are shit lets put your best fighters with our best fighters then that should sort out who is who in NSW.....
