Please guys lets not turn this intoa nasty thread. As far as I am concerned there are no fighters who purely fight for one sanctioning body is there??? Most fighters go where they can get matched even into boxing sometimes. I have fought ISKA, WMC and WKA. I have the utmost respect for Frank and all the other WKBF title holders my post asked why he couldnt get a world title that is recognised outside Australia. To my knowledge the WKBF hadnt fought outside Aus. Now I stand corrected. I still think it has along way to go to be in the same standard as the WKA or ISKA. However I would be the first to acknowledge that there are so many other sanctioning bodies around the world that have a similiar shallow pool of fighters that has more to do with the cost factors than anything else. Having fought a kiwi and seen many of them fight I have a great deal of respect for them I just get tired of seeing us Aussies always competing with them.
Full credit to JNI who got a Finland fighter to fight Eddie and Rob Murdock got a Frenchy, Paul even had an Italian fight Josh some years ago.
Its all about looking after the crowd with good match ups and smooth shows, looking after the fighters and having a good time. If every one can do that then it would be great. As a fighter I dont care what sanctioning body or title I fight for. Some titles mean more to me regardless of the sanctioning body.
