the big deal is about this. If a fighter agrees to fight on one of my promotions the deal is no fights thirty days before the scheduled bout. Why? Well in this State if a fighter is knocked out he has a manadtory thirty day suspension. That is state law. That means he can not compete for thirty days. So when a fighter takes a fight after he and his trainer promises that they won't fight thirty days before it is very unprofessional. The bottom line is that the fight has been advertised and there is another fighter training hard somewhere for this fight. I don't like to let any fighter down when he is training for a fight it is just not fair thats all. So I hope now you can understand my concern.
