Martial Arts & Self Defence Academy (MASDA) Was set up in 2009 by Alex Forman a Fighter from Liverpool who originally trained under the guidance of Simon Audley at Sapphire Muay Thai Gym. MASDA was originally an outreach programme designed by Alex to work with schools and community groups by working with young people deemed at risk and providing alternative provision and engaging them through Martial Arts, Mainly Muay Thai. Since MASDA was set up in 2009 it has gone from strength to strength now providing successful after school and evening Muay Thai Classes every week and now with the support of 2 business partners and professionals in the fighting and fitness industry Alex had Managed to secure the Old Bridge Road ABC Premises and Turn it into a fantastic Martial Arts Academy, Specialising in Muay Thai/K1, Boxing and MMA Training. |
