Tell us about yourself: Started training Feb 2002 - desperately needed to loose weight (weighed 87kgs) started kick fit class at Newark Martial Arts, tried beginers kickboxing and got hooked. Lost loads of weight and feel much healthier. Took my first grading Sept 2002 and gained my instructors belt Oct 2005. Been training on and off now for the last three years hence I'm back up to 77kg. Having tried other types of training its now 2010 and I have returned home. You really don't get the welcome you get from Dean and NMA anywhere else.
