Tell us about yourself: I am a Strength and Conditioning Coach, specialized in Performance and Athletic Conditioning for fighting sports.
My back ground is Thai, Boxing and K-1. I have been a fighter in WAKO/WAKO PRO and won 4 titles (Italian) and Bronze Medal at the 2004 WAKO EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIPS.
I worked in different countries as Head of Conditioning and Striking (Australia with Ian Jacobs for instance, then Spain, Italy and now UK).

I coach fighters (pro Boxing and K-1) but travel quite often to offer seminars on Conditioning and Nutrition. I believe that in the above ones, once the technical base is set up, lay the secret for success.

I am proudly writing a monthly column for MUSCLE&FITNESS which since Dec 2011 (in UK) has open this door to our sports.
My Column is named FIGHTING TALK and I cover topics such as Training methods, Nutrition, Sport Psychology and Techniques.
I hope to give a better understanding of our disciplines to an audience who might think that fighting sports are just trading punches, kicks or takedowns...
