Head Instructor at Semtex Gym Essex under Steve Gladstone Semtex Gym London/Kent. Been training in Muay Thai since 1990 started out at Bolton Thai Boxing Club under Sandy Holt then moved to Bushido Kai under Bob Chadwick, then moved to Essex in 1996 and continued my training under Chris Rawlings of Mungkorn Dam. I am also a Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Lee Catling & Braulio Estima. My BJJ Acheivements: White Belt - Bronze Medal @ The Welsh Open under 76kg. Blue Belt - Gold Medal @ SENI Gracie Invitational under 82kgs. Purple Belt - Bronze Medal @ Southern Open under 88kgs and Silver Medal in Open Weight category. Also had 1 pro MMA fight on November 10th 2012 and won by guillotine choke in 4 mins 12 seconds of the 1st round against an upcoming signed fighter from Team Titan. Before I reach 40 years of age (August 2014) I want to have a number of Muay Thai, MMA fights as well as enter plenty BJJ events and receive my Brown Belt.
