Tell us about yourself: Grew up in Cornwall UK and have been learning martial arts since the age of 7.

Moved to Thailand in 2002, where I started learning Muay Thai Chaiya at Baan Chang Thai from Adjarn Kridakorn Sodprasert (Kru Lek), and started teaching Muay Chaiya in Thai and English from 2007, initially as an assistant teacher in Baan Chang Thai, teaching independently in Phuket for 2 years and then again at Baan Chang Thai.

I moved back to the UK in 2013, where I have been teaching privately.

I've held several international workshops and seminars including France, Hong Kong and Egypt.
