Here is what I had in mind for the links page....definitely use tables.

That kind of thing. I can go back over it and insert graphics and
change the color, etc. The words would be your description (thus your
option at first) of the site. Don't be too complimentary. Give an
honest description of what the site offers or doesn't offer. If you
need help with this then let me know...but hopefully you'll be able to
come up some something creative first before I get to it.
