I am totally gutted that i cant fight on this show now, i broke my arm/hand in 3 places last week so after an op on thursday am now in pot for 6 weeks.
its a real disappointment for me and my trainers, but on the bright side i get to watcch all these brilliant fights,

wow what an amzing show, total sell out great atmosphere and some brilliant fights, my feet were itching to be back fighting.
All the fights were really well matched probabally the best matching ive seen for a while. Fighter of the night was def Marvin Bell, he has made leaps and bounds since i last saw him fight, he was composed, accurate, dealt with anything his opponent threw at him, i think he would give anyone in his weight class a really good fight.
Anyway results as far as i know (did nt see all the fights)

points win to Jones

Points win to Latz from Kings gym, ive got to say i was really impressed with Phil in this fight, his kness were devastating, he controlled every round and his opponent was fairly handy, great fight to watch.

Craig Ratree 65 kg v.s Michael Chong 65 kg
I think this was a draw.

Jojo Calderwood 52.5 kg v.s Sophie Bowyer 50 kg
Poor sophie broke 2 ribs in round 1 from a kick by Jojo, despite Sophies protests the Doctor, very rightly stopped the fight after assessing her.

Dave Kentor 78 kg v.s Anthony Sabinda 77 kg
well this was a fight of 2 halves, Sabinda dominated the first half of the fight, hurting his opponent with body kicks and knees then let himself down with a lack of fitness losing the second half of the fight with lack of work, Win to Kentor new English champ

Craig Edward 67.5 kg v.s Marvin Bell 67 kg
like i said, fighter and fight of the night, too great fighters but Marvin's accuracy, timing and control was a league above. Win to Bell, new British Champion

Ruth Ashdown 50 kg v.s Michelle Grizzle 50.5 kg
Michelle was a league above really and not challenged, she played with ruth and though Ruth put up a really gutsy performance and almost landed a couple of knees to the head, michelle looked like she training, laughing, smiling, picking the pace and style of the fight. actually not, in my opinion, michelles best fight, mostly because she showboated and danced about a bit and im not a fan of that style. clear win to michelle, new british champion, id like to see michelle fight some of the european women now.

well this fight after a slow first round was just starting to warm up and was very close when mehdi delivered a beautiful leg kick to brady in round 2 or 3 i forget now, to stop the fight. Im hoping these boys will rematch as i thought there was the potential for either a great 5 round battle between 2 well matched guys or for one of them to stop the other (they are both very big) on the night it was mehdi who picked the winning shot to take the British title by Ko.

points decosion to christi, another fine display from a very talented young girl, christi is great to watch i really would encourage promoters to get her on your show, id like to see christi rematch Ruth, and also to fight the winner of Charlotte Webster and Rosie Heywood (think i saw that fight was happening soon) or maybe even fight them both?
well done to al the fighters and to master A, great show with some cracking fights on, sorry ive prob missed some fights

fantastic show with brilliant atmosphere. loved the entrance music and the lights,very dramatic and was fab.
some real edge of the seats fights and thought some could swing either way. thought dave mentor v anthony sabinda was a cracking fight and was just waiting for a knockout punch to finish the fight. fantastic!!
good to see plenty of ladies fights and thought christi looked good again,great movement and techniques.
unlucky juicy jackie but you now what you have to do.
great show!

Also a BIG well done to Ruth Ashdown who was brilliant and in my opinion and alot of others won that fight.

And also was great meeting Christi and her team again and great to see Christi win with a very good performance well done.

well done Michelle, i agree with mack its time that Michelle got the chance to step up her game and fight on other shows too. "Wu Tang Forever"

Well done all. Well done to Abi Jones, but I have to say, I find it disturbing that a 16 year old girl was fighting only eight days after being stopped in her previous fight!

Most people I gave spoken to said that the Grizzle-Ashdown fight was very close and could have gone either way
