Yes he is meant to be but hes not replied to our emails so if marc wants in he needs to be fast its possible that the 8 man may be sorted.will confirm names only when the agreements are solid but a good international line up.

Eugene is 48 well thats what he told me but that for some reason dosnt seem to
have any affect on his performance, his speed is A1, he fought a young
talented fighter from Peles gym last year, one minute Eugene is well out of
distance for a shot then peles lad was out cold on the floor no disrespect to
Pele's fighter his fighters are fit and tough as everybody knows and i give
his lad the up most respect for stepping in the ring with Eugene there are
many who wont and ones who were meant to and decided not to (dont blame them)
but my point is for someone of his age theres hope for us all lol, Good luck

Who is the man Antuan is fighting? He must be very experienced as Antuan has had over 72 fights and lives and trains everyday with the Thais and has done for many years. Only thing difference between Antuan and a local Thai fighter is that he's French. The rest is all hardcore Thai. Any details on his fighter please.

liverpool mark spilt milk again warmest wishes to dave o brien runner up $200 and its no wonder none of the best 72 to 75 boxers are want to be in this last time they all had pads on and was only one good boxer who beat every challenger easy 55 to 60 they were looking small so i ges that size category

However, if a fighter is an amateur fighter, or under the age of 17, then yes they are required by us to wear padding/safety equipment.

wel done daniel hudson for winning the tournament. very strong and sharp,top fighter. 3 strong fighters turned out and fought great. bit naughty the change of opponents after the draw was made though. take it eugene didnt fancy steve primrose? but we all saw what happened anyway!
antuan was the fight of the nite. different level and it showed. shame it wasnt elbows as wouldnt have gone 5 rounds but at least he cud put on a show.

Hi Chilli, I'm not sure where the confusion with the 4-man came into it. I was there when the draw was made, and I was given numbers corresponding with names 1-4 as the fighters drew them from the hat. 1 vs 2, 3 vs 4. I never had Eugene down against Steve.

Apologies if I have spelled anyone's name wrong, it will all be corrected on the official report which will be going up on the Golden Belt website early this week.

Not making excuses but Eugene was exhausted firstly his own fault for being
overweight knowing he had a contest coming up, but he lost 3kg on the day of
the contest (not recommended) he weighed in still over and went and skipped
and hit the sauners two hours before the contest, came back still a bit over
but it was excepted, even when i was warming him up on the pads i knew he
wasnt right his shots were sloppy etc so after round one he knew and i knew it
was over and we called it in, well done to Daniel Hudson.

the draw or anything else, and it dosnt matter who he faces it wouldnt have
bothered him in the slightest, remember you are talking about the former 2x
world wakopro middleweight champion who has fought all over the world, so i
dont think Mr.Primrose would have had him bothered at all, but i do recall a
certain Mr.Jones in Holywell last year which im sure you recall and from what
i seen last night there wasnt much difference between the two beastmaster
fighters no disrespect to them or there trainers, but im sure Eugene will give
Mr.Primrose the oppertunity to fight him if he ever wants it.

I asked you repeatedly to email me about whatever the problem is you have with the Golden Belt. So far you haven't, and until you do I won't be wasting any more of my time on your drivvel.

goldenbelt- steve primrose was matched with eugene in the draw and both promotors and the irish fighter and daniel hudson confirmed this so it was quite a shock when daniel fought eugene but wud have been the same result anyway. you need to check with alby and ronnie as both knew steve was due to fight eugene.
beaty- you and eugene knew he was supposed to fight steve primrose last nite as that was the draw. he weighed in heavy,giving excuse of not knowing the weight was 75kg max and then said you shud allow a few kg just cos of his age,dont think so!! yes he beat richard jones last year and so you think steve primrose is the same,just another beastmasters fighter,eugene should have stayed to the draw and fought him then since you think beastmasters fighters are easy. either way daniel was the winner and full credit to him.

trying to twist things i know Tricia really well and i would never knock hers
and Peles gym or anybody elses if it came to that, my point was that Primrose
and Jones are about the same level as each other, i dont remember saying they

avoid your lad please give me a break we are at pro level here not fookin
amature we didnt know that the fight card had been changed until someone came

didnt complane either we just did what all good pros do deal with it and we
got the strongest fighter of the night Danial Hudson for our first fight, but
when Eugenes name was called over the microphone and we were coming out one of
your trainers was in Eugenes face saying he was supposed to be fighting our
lad bang out of order, Pele or Tricia would never have responded that way they
would have gone to the promoters with the problem.

Mc nabb has never been 36 37 kgs he is normaly 31 32kgs but no excuse he was overweight so i made the decision to pull him and give it to joe he was on the button he went away and skipped it off without me knowing and made the weight
but it was to late for him i had already awarded the belt to joe we will challenge for the belt very soon joe is a great fighter and a lovely kid best of luck and appologies to his mum and his trainers.

i and his dad took jake horner down to help out with a junior title fight and respect to Jake as he took it on 2 days notice and no training and gave away a few inches and weight and 2 years too
it was a great fight, went 5 rounds, both kids gave a great display and i was also impressed by big lil jakes ram-muay, better than he does in gym !lol
and Antuans Ram muay would have won thailand ram muay competition of the Year

Chilli - As I said I don't know where the misunderstanding happened, and I'm not going to write a long paragraph justifying myself. I wrote down the numbers beside the fighters names as the numbers were drawn, and I don't need to check this with Alby or Ronnie.

I was not approached by Eugene, Steve, or anyone from any camps regarding changing that order around to stop a match happening between Steve and Eugene. Nor is it something I would do off my own back.

The first I knew was when Alby asked me about it and we double checked the original sheet - which corresponded with how the fight order went, and the fight lists posted in both corner dressing rooms.

Sandy I'll remind Alby about your CD tomorrow if Mark or Ste don't contact you first.

PS - Beaty I have a really good idea who it is, just waiting for him to trip himself up.

Yeah Joe did walk away with the belt but was again left upset and dejected for the 2nd time from a Goldenbelt competition. We stepped in to help out as you were short of a fighter for BRYAN COLLINS and nobody responded to your cry. Joe was all psyched up to fight him not Jordan McNabb, As any fighter would to prepare for a title fight. Upon arriving on the day to weigh in we were informed that he was now fighting Jordan McNabb who normally fights Reece Nield from our gym. In Joe's head all he could think of, was that Reece is at least 3 kg heavier and from a parents prespective we've taken fights before with a weight differance and promised ourselves we would never do it again. Our son's safety comes first. We waited for Jordan to weigh in to check and unfortunately he was approx 1.5 kg overweight. So to say Jordan McNabb couldn't make the weight is a little unfair as it appears he was a stand in. I think that a phone call, an email or even a post on here to let us know that Joe's opponent had gone AWOL would've been nice, I know he's a child but they still deserve the same respect as any other fighter. Also would have saved us a trip from Manchester, we wouldn't have travelled all that way for a demo. It was agreed that because of the 1.5 kg difference that Joe would get the belt as he was within 30-32kg for the title. Which he wasn't happy with either, he'd trained hard to be given the chance to win the belt and earn it. He's that sort of lad. During the fight his heart wasn't in it and after the fight he was in tears in the dressing room as he felt he'd not earnt the right to have the belt as he hadn't fought for it. Many Thanks to Julie Kitchen for her kind words to my son. I don't want to get into a big debate about it, I just wanted to get my point of view across without offending anybody. Joe would like the opportunity to defend his title preferably before he goes over the weight limit. At present though we as a family have been left a little jaded by the Goldenbelt experience. Hopefully we can change that.

seems to me somewhere along the line whoever wrote the names down did it wrong. daniel and the irish guy were no 1+2 so leaves 3+4 as steve and eugene. not rocket science.
i can tell you,if pele or tricia were there,they would have questioned the change.
i have spoke to steve and matt,who said he aproached the ref who said nothing can be done about it now as eugene was in the ring.
i spoke to the promoter who didnt realise the mistake as he had alot on his plate that evening.
i didnt indicate either yourself or eugene werent pro's just that the draw was wrong.
im sure you do respect peles fighters and i commend eugene for being in the ring at that age and in good fighting condition.
steve primrose has said today he would fight eugene another time which can be arranged through pele if you like.

Hi sandy ill grab it for you dj gave me a pile of cds havent looked yet will sort things tomorrow mate Antuan did win ram muay of the year with this in thailand id like to appologise again to anyone who was let down and over 14 fights 2 fights didnt happen not to bad not down to golden belt it was down to me as a promoter and down to some of the fighters and trainers. its not so easy to put big shows on me and ste have been let down by so many gyms on this event and we still turned out a great fight card give us a break.

matchmaking between one and other since the 80s i should know ive got all the
dvds Pele hasnt changed a bit lol, and Tell steve and richard i meant no
disrespect to them what so ever just getting my point across thats all, we
would never ask to change the fight order it would be like we were bottling a
fight.

Just wanted to send a Massive thankyou for allowing Isaac fight on this show,
he enjoyed the whole experience.

Isaac and crew flew back last evening with isaac carrying a huge smile, with a trophy and belt !!!!!!!

Isaac is over the moon with returning back to Cornwall with the belt , all the hard training paid off.

Also would like to take this opportunity to thank Nathan Kitchen for all the hard training , sparring and most of all the invaluable time spent training with Ike in preparing him for this fight.

Thanks for a great entertaining show, all the fights were excellent especially antuans fight excellent showman, sponsors for the widnes show were watching and contacted me this morning saying how great the show was and that they would definately sponsor future shows in widnes, my fighter Dave Rimmer enjoyed the fight as both fighters went toe to toe exchanging punches which the crowd enjoyed great show, great fights and great organization thanks Goldenbelt Jo, Alby, Steve and Mark.

Thanks paul for your support at this show it was valued very much i cant for the life of me understand anyone slagging a show off with so many 1st class fights on it was worth the £20 just to see Antuan fight and for the julie Kitchen fight not going ahead she never moaned once her opponent was 4 kgs over

steve,daniel and corners were all sound.dave and steve had a nice action packed fight and daniel was top class.dont know what happened with draw but we all just carried on no probs.

the dutch and germans very nice to meet also dutch lad never stopped coming forward very aggressive lad 18 year old bull like a young tyson.

I would just like to say I wasn't moaning or slagging anybody off, just stating facts. I said I didn't want to offend anybody and I don't think I did by what I said. I know that any show or interclub is very stressful. But communication is key to any successful show or interclub.

If anybody in any way complains about the show i think they need glasses as the show i saw was well worth the money especially the vip seats all my club have said, and to see a thai and dutch fighting in the same ring giving so much effort and entertainment to the crowd then the people complaining need to go to other tournaments and see how proffessional The Golden Belt are p.s. not interested in any moaning feedbacks as a reply will not be given positive thoughts yes Cheers Lundy

dont worry lundy if you give some of these people the crown jewels they woudn't be happy mate .every fight was top class thanx for everone who turn'd up. I would personally like to thank JAKE HORNER and his Dad and Sandi for taking the title fight against Mathew Cockayne at such short notice. Jake Horner put on an excellent fight, taking into account the situation. Antuan's Ram Muay was great but young jakes was well impressive. Well done kid. kids like you are our future a true brave warrior.

a big thanks to mark,ste and alby for having us up.yes the show had a few ups and downs on the day but it still produced some cracking fights.antuan put on the best display i have seen against a very strong dutch opponent with the ability of ending any fight with either hand!
in my opinion the thai did more than enough to win nearly every round-any judge who saw it different should be whipped.

re julies fight--this was i am upset to say-one big massive wind up from the dutch team to slow down julies training for her fight in june.the dutch girl had no intention of fighting on the day whatsoever.it was a shame because their lad who fought was exceptional and had been trained well,im sure the girl was very capable of a good fight.
who wears thick tracksuit bottoms,hoody and a g-string to a weigh in,knowing that they should have to strip down because they are 5kg overweight(69kg)?(apart from liam r.lol).
after discussing for an hour whether she should skip at all,she grabbed a sweatsuit(whilst drinking a carton of juice??).skipped for about 4 minutes and said-no more---i will swear on my childrens life she had not broken sweat,even the promoters who who tried their best in negotiating could not believe it.
i offered to skip off 2 kilo with her for the fight to go ahead(this was at 12 oclock,she had til 4 oclock to make the weight as the fight could have gone at the end of the show,she said she was hungry and was going to eat.)we had no apology from the dutch at all,just laughing and saying come to holland and fight germaine,again and again.
after an hour we agreed to take the fight anyway and give away the weight,but still no interest.

these are some of the most ridiculous things i had said to us on saturday.
1)the dutch fight with their head,not their body,3 kilo is nothing.

2)mandy is flying tomorrow so cannot possibly lose 2 kilo skipping,she must eat now (7 hrs before fight)

3)this is my fav--i wont say who said it but he wasnt dutch--look at how tall you are julie,you are way taller than her ,the weight should not matter.

as i said earlier,this is of no fault to the promoter or golden belt,the show went on and was a goodun.
its just very dissapointing for julie who for once had a decent offer to fight up the line and had it quashed by arrogance.nice attempt at a wind up but julie needed a break in her training anyway.nath.

Julie will do talking in the ring for definite, it is a hard fight as Nath says but there are weaknesses that can and have been exposed before. Julie has all the abilities to be able to do this, in my opinion moreso than any other fighter they could match her with in the world at present but there are others coming through who im sure will also fancy a go soon.

PS Nice one on the G-String comment Nath i bet you will have yours on in Woking yer tw@t!!! Oh and did she really turn up to a weighin wearing a thong LMAO thats nearly as bad as Studio 2000 weighins where they have smallest pants competition, Mark Sargeant had some ridiculously small thong looking jobs on that were hideous with his outrageous legs!

after a long time speaking with the promoters the dutch said I DON'T DO
THE FIGHT.............no excuses,no said sorry........to Julie and the

Even if you think someone is breaking Ax rules it is not advisable to break them yourself just to tell the offender what you think of them. this is likely to get you banned too.

3. Please do not discuss moderation on the board this is against ax rules

The rules are there for a reason. Commenting on the board about what the the moderators may or may not be doing is against the rules and just makes our job take twice as long as we have to get rid of your comments too.
