With the sun eventually making its self visable and all the Fetes, carnivals and fun days popping up all over who is making use of them as an advert for the gym ?

We had a stand complete with boxing ring and matted area at teh weekend ata local fun day , we had asparring pad working on all day in teh ring and the brazilian jiu-jitsu lads on the mats .... went down rally well , definately a good worthwhile effort

every year we do it its our best advert and its free .. we hold free kicking comps for kids on the day and give away trophies and free lessons then the kids badger their parents to come training . also on stand we have sparrin and pad work in teh ring and our bjj lads rollin on teh mats all day so always soemthin to stop and lok at and chat about


and i think ull find it was a mouse they are well renound for beig harder than teddy bears farhad lol
