is the fight still on with the powerhouse peck and the tee man in queenstown next month...awesome effort from both boys at the anzac test and its going to be another awesome fight if it is still going ahead..a fight i dont wanna miss..does anyone have any predictions.

peck to win..but he has to be smart or t man will tear him to bits...like the ozzie guy solowski.

Have you got a personal vendetta against peck or what rabbit?
In all your other threads your dissing him! at least hes doing it..
sly little comments....... maybe it should be Bugs fukin bunny vs powerhouse
or even me and you!....could be fresh rabbit on the menu!!!

look n8dog whoeva you are if you dont calm down im gonna have to put a leash bak on you and leave you in the kennel...lol..what you talking about..im saying it like it is these 2 are going to be awesome to watch with both possessing hard kicks only powerhouse cant take it like tearanga can...so if he fights smart he will win this fight.

its in queenstown sat may 29 at event centre and tickets go on sale soon i think..dont know how much they are but wayne vaega is the promoter...wayne is one of the great fighters who come from lee gar with lollo.

ok i cant let this topic slip cus n8dog im a ddick when it comes to andrew peck, man what a let down if you read my thread on predictions i said slowinski would knock him out and so it proved to be,yes he is doing his best an i cant knock him for that but i still think his hands let him down even tho he is improving and he still fights too upright and is flat footed with not much lateral movement making himself an easy target to hit just like slowinski did ,if his movement improves an his hands he would definitely be a force but hes still a rung below the top echelon... thats not a bag just a opinion he is a tough bastard from what ive seen but just wish he didnt take so many thigh kicks sometimes on his lead leg always seems to cop it there .

Just hes a kiwi boy .....in my books that counts for alot
any kiwi fighting and trying to make it good or not..
I think is a good acheivement making it to K1.
Andrew

For real, he's fighting quality opponents too! Sometimes he doesn't win but he never turns down a fight.

Don't disrespect a guy cos he loses some fights. When was the last time we all represented our country and were on TV?? Hmmm.

read my post andrew peck i said its not a bag just wish he would improve maybe 10 percent more in his hands an footwork than he would be in the level he needs

Just Putting My 2 Cents In ......
I've Watched Andrew and Pauls Fight A Few Times Now And I Believe He Done Bloody Awesome Against A 3 x World Muay Thai Champ ...He Got Paul With Some Good Shots ,Unfortunately Got Stunned With A Good Punch And Then Finished Off With A Punch To The Back Of The Head!!!
Paul Is A Great Fighter (His Titles Speak For Themselves) But I Would Love To See A Rematch!!!
P.S. Perhaps You Could Watch The Fight Again And Then You May Know What I'm "Spaghetting At" :-)

Peace

Aaron, I normally don't respond but I like to know what you mean by this statement

"Unfortunately Got Stunned With A Good Punch And Then Finished Off With A Punch To The Back Of The Head!!!"

Was Pauls initial punch a fluke and was Paul aiming for the back of Andrew's head. I don't know whether you fight or even been in a ring before but when a fighter has committed to a punch and his opponent turns his head I have a feeling that the punch may hit the back of the head.

I am not responding because of this but I just get pissed off when on one hand you praise a fighter and then disrespect his win by commenting like that.

Andrew had done a lot in the K1. Shit he won the K1 NZ Title not long ago. Paul is just a novice and has a lot to learn and don't forget he is not a natural heavyweight. Give the man (boy) some credit.

A rematch will always be a possibility if Andrew continues to fight in the K1 so you'll have to wait.

Peace....I have calmed down now

Hey Wazzup
I think T-Man will beat Powerhouse.
Only think T has to do put Andrew under pressure and keep him under pressure,
If the T Man can do this then he will win.
Powerhouse will win i think if Hiriwa doesn't follow though with those big combo's.
should be awesome night .

Hi Alan,
I appologise for my wording on my previous posting, I do Praise both Andrew and Paul, I just believe that it was unfortunate that Andrew got hit in the back of the head, I am well aware that these things happen and am not taking anything away from Paul.
Peace

aaron i respect your response to alan but i also have to say i dont understand your comment...he got hit in the back of the head cus he turned his back??? umm so you expect a fighter to wait till the guy is recovered before he throws a punch???Ive been someone who enjoys bagging andrew cus im a dick lol but in my eyes hes a tough bastard trying his best with what he has....just wish he would adapt and diversify just a tad more cus he is definitely improving but yes it did sound like an excuse........his guard is pretty open and paul took full advantage of it so all credit to paul as for a rematch ??? what purpose would it serve it wasnt close it wasnt a war andrew got stopped early so what does paul have to prove for a rematch i say he should move on to a ron sefo or a jason suttie or even a rematch with mitch ohello.

huh..andrew is soft..look how many rounds sio did with paul and sio was sick at the time..sio even though he has made the step up with the big boys he will get better and better with experience...and if andrew can cover that little problem and show a bigger heart he will be a dangerous fighter...
Aaron Kerr

Hi Alan and Kahstallion,
I agree with what both of you have written, maybe I was being a little one-sided as Andrew is a Kiwi and maybe I was just making excuses for him, maybe I'm the "Dick" but hey I can live with my mistakes and I know I will learn from them ......Full credit to Paul and also to Alan for producing a great fighter.

"Dream Big, Aim High"

Peace

I lost what can I say about it no doubt Paul and I will fight again thats the nature of K1 Kaha,Bugs nice to hear from you guys and kaha I agree with you I need work in areas but I would like to say a few things Alan that fight wasnt long but could have gone either way I know cause I was in there it was action from the start mostly in my favour and didnt feel under pressure at all infact that may have been my downfall as I relaxed to much and didnt keep my gaurd up and payed the price, would have liked more ring time though but not to be.Paul did great good on him I wish you guys all the best.
The other thing I would like to say is about the to Mikes on the commentry you guys should think about more positive things to say about us fighters even if they are not someone from your favourite camps I heard what you said lightning and would you prefer I retired young?(like you)
My losses in order for you education.
Mark Hunt (World Champion)
Adam Watt (World Champion)
Doug Viney(K1 Nz Champion)and I had just had a war with T wich I won.
7 foot 125kg southpaw croatian
Jason suttie(6xWorld Champion)
Danny Mahold(He was lucky and I was ripped by ref)
Tee man 2 (world champion)(ripped by idiot ref again)
Paul slowinski(world champion).

Hi Mailman. We had 2 lined up; the one on the 29th was cancelled so that Scott and I could fight in Wayne Vaega's show, but the second one is definately happening, it's on the "19th of September" We have quite a few young guys who'll be having their first fights, and 3 girl fighters that we ABSOLUTELY MUST match up! But Chief will be emailing the info to everyone sometime soon.
Cheers.

Even though Andrew's had a few losses, he'd always be one of the first fighters I'd include in an 8 man. The saying 'Anything can happen in a Heavyweight fight' is especially true with Peck.

After watching the Anzac K1 video last night all i can add to the above posts is that: "TERANGI SHOULD AT LEAST TRAIN"

His bout with Chrisopolidies really showed his limitations. Yes he can take a huge amount of punishment but hey at the end of the day, this does not score any points at all.

Terangi has been around for quite awhile and he has fought some very tough names, "but" when a promotions like the Anzacs K-1 is available to any fighter they must or "should" try & rise to the occasion as they may never be invited again.

i think andrew won the fight..i heard terangi still wasnt 100% for that fight after the battle with chris chrisopolidis..andrew scored well and moved pretty good for once he improved alot...but i heard it was a good last round from terangi nearly knocking andrew out with some wild bombs and an awesome shane chopper chapman jumping flying knee at andrew in the corner that got him in the midsection...congratulations andrew you should be the 8th man for oceania..and even rematch terangi again....
