Scott Quigg pro boxing debut

Not sure if this should be in off topic forum but if it should I'm sure it will get moved.

Scott Quigg, former Thai Boxer from my gym, had a his pro boxing debut last night. Despite the last minute change of opponent and an awkward southpaw opponent, Scott won all six rounds of his pro boxing debute last night. he hurt tha lad early on and from teh end of the secodn round the other lad was on survival mode, Scott buckled him about three times in the last round but couldn't get the stoppage. he boxed sensibly throughout and looked good.

Well done Scott, it is a loss to thai boxing though, i only saw him fight once but he was awesome.

Scott's next fight will be June 2nd in Blackpool.

He still pops in to the gym for a chat every week, I rang him the other day to say I was going to struggle with so many kids on my next show, any chance of coming down to help, to which he said " yes of course, when they training next, I'll come and hold the pads for them!!"

this from an 18 year old!!
