Scott Quigg (former Thai Boxer from my gym) had his 2nd pro boxing fight at the weekend. In a match made at 8st 10 lb (weight higher than Scott's preffered fighting weight of 8 6) Scott came in at exactley 8 10. His opponent weighed in at 9 6 !!!!!!

Whilst the lad is a "journey man" he had not been stopped in his 26 fights and had boxed as high as lightweight, and was 5' 10".

Scott stopped in in the 2nd round!
