Hi all,

I have organised for John McIntyre, a leading professional boxing coach, to do put on a seminar to help our fighters improve their hand skills. John is a well known professional boxing coach and with over 25 years of experience he is the most qualified boxing coach in Scotland. He has worked as the fitness consultant for Hewlett Packard for the last 15 years and is a qualified strength & conditioning coach. Having worked with him myself, I know of his technical abilities and highly recommend this workshop to all fighters. John will aim to cover defence, power punching, counter punching and sparring in this action packed 3 hour workshop.
