Is there a clear set of mma rules that I can look at please. There seems to be a few diffences on the IKF site and the AKA site.

Neil.

I intedn to compete again shortly under the new MTR ruleset.

Can you send me an up to date ruleset for this fight class?

I know we have some very promising newcomers on the show along with our talented seniors.!
Massive support for the OSR style ruling again - this is definitely the format our teams, audiences and atheletes prefer.
To all those who have ordered tables from me - prepare yourselves for sunday sore throat-itis!

As a final note the bar will be open from 12.00 along with the cafe for hot and cold food/drinks.
