Would love Hatton to win,But i think Malinaggi will be too tricky for him and will cut Hatton....Stoppage round 7.

Malignaggi has no power at all...xx

Mallinaggi is fast, but as big V says doesnt look to have the power. Wathed Hatton on these fight build up shows, and his hand speed has looked alot faster, along with his head movement and defense.

Going for a Hatton KO mid-fight or points win.

The best prediction could be what crazy hair style Malinaggi will have this time, lets hope it's not the dreadlocks again HaHa

He is one handed too as he breaks it alot Cotto battered him but fair play he,s tough too x

Hatton rnd 9 stoppage i think Mallinaggi will be able to move about up till then and then get worn down !!!

Yes also his right hand is bust but very nice jab & movement

This is why Hatton as this opponent due to his stoppage with MW junior they could NOT risk anybody with power ?

Lazcano fight was bad and Hatton has to be better he looks sharp on pads i hope he can put it together,Paulie fought brave with a weight drained Cotto who after went to welterweight also Cotto did beat him up it was,nt close being honest who else is there at lightwelter no one as established as Paulie,Holt who has rematch with Torres,Bradley only making his second defence v Cherry makessense money wise but its all more in Hattons favour the lack of power too xx

Hatton will be too strong and powerful for Malignaggi. Late stoppage I think. Malignaggi would have to totally dominate every round to get a points decision on a Golden Boy promotion and thats highly unlikely so I think it will be very tough for Malignaggi to win either way with his lack of power. bIg heart though as he showed in the Cotto fight and a good bloke too.

mate of mine was out there in the states recently training at malinaggis gym ad said he looks awful in training and was gettin leathered in sparring. did say he was a really nice bloke tho.....hes only got 5ko from 20+ fights so cant see a stoppage....

I wasn't that impressed with him in the gym. He looked quite awkward but you can see from some of his old fights he's got good skills

good point made on sky last night P.M is not as hard to hit as he likes to think he is.As vinny said hatton looked sharp on the pads.

Just hope Ricky doesnt try to outbox the boxer !!! I think the body shots will take this fight IMO

gonna be a shit fight and hatton stopping him in the 10th, but after having a point taken off for low blows. his box will go with this clown, nice to the eye for the purists but not my type of boxer. and its a golden boy promotion so that tells you something if its to be believed that hattons last pay day is oscar at wembley next year, either way hatton wont get koed so he cant lose,

YAWN...11/12, cruising to victory. Didn't like seeing Malignaggi shove Buddy for stopping it. Malignaggi needs to work with a linguist so that English speakers can understand WTH he says. Walking in a Hatton wonderland.

That stoppage was a joke.

There is no way the towel needed to go in. Any fighter at this level would rather go out on his shield than be stopped in this manner. He was losing but didnt seem to be in that much trouble.

It smacks of a fix to me. A KO come back will ensure another massive fight for Hatton.

i just dont think he has ever recovered from the beating he recieved from cotto.he may of been angry on the outside but secretly could of kissed his cornermen for that

Well Done Mr Ricky Hatton!! :]

Disagree with everybody stating it was a premature stoppage.

Paulie was getting manhandled, with no hope of coming back. Ricky had him completely shut down, was starting to land his bodyshots, and would have done so up to the end of the 12th.

Chucking in the towel was the best thing for everyone.

Pacman to beat Oscar x

Pacman v Golden Boy too close to call for me could go either way. I like Hatton a lot but a step up in weight to fight either of these would end up with ricky getting his ass served to him on a plate in my opinion.

The stoppage was fair regardless what Paulie wanted compassion was evident by Buddy xx

De La Hoya will beat Pacquiao no doubt, far too big. I've met manny and watched him in the gym and he looks great but way too small. I'll be shocked if Oscar doesn't stop him.
