Im doing a 100 round sparring session in april , just wonderin if anybody has ideas of things to prepare for ... crap , correct hydration , massage , food even ......

I suppose it is worth considering what to do about loo breaks as well. What if you get caught short in the middle of a round and someone starts doing a load of knees or body shots?

the boxing ring is close enough to the loo ... i think i can do it in a minute break lol

Best tip I could give is to make each round 10 seconds long. Will be a lot easier that way.

probably better to search kyokushin karate forums to be honest as hundred man kumites are done pretty regularly.
