Its in chest-eeze mate, you can get it over the counter from chemists.

Try it in a stack with Pro-plus and aspirin (ECA stack)

Ephadrine is a pescription only medicine in the UK. So you can't buy it over the counter at the chemist. You can get Pseudoephedrine over the counter as a decongestent. Both are stimulants similar to Amphetimines.
Ephadrine is obviously the stronger of the two hence it being a pescription only medicine. They will work as a weight loss aid because they suppress the appetite like all stimilants.
Ephadrine has quite stong effects on the body working on the nervous system and heart. Use can lead to high blood pressure and even possible seizures in certain people.
Pseudoephadrines effects are less severe but if you have a senitive disposition will be more effected. Palpitaions, sweating, sleeplessness, dizziness. Although they work really well on blocked noses and hayfever! lol!

I agree with Mark.

I didn`t enjoy the side effects when I took it for a while. Mpre harm than good.

Cutting off your hand works for weight loss.

Don't like the downside on that either though.

one of my fighters used it (without my knowledge !)to drop weight for a fight and i had to pull him out the fight half way through , heart rate through the roof, white a sheet and shakin . Not a clever move !!

Anyone remember the original ultimate orange? Banned in this country but available in us i believe until few years back. I used it for a while and whilst it was great as a stimulant for training it did use to play havoc with sleep if taken too late and i also started getting irregular heart beats following day and thats quite scary so stopped using it! Ha, mind you not really sure what i had as it was in an unmarked tub so whilst i trusted guy who got me it i suppose it could have been anything.. The folly of youth!

That sounds very similar to a drink called Lemon & lyes(spelling). I'm sure it was just pure speed. Never taken it myself, but some of the lads training on it were like men possessed. Sweating, couldn't stand still, but to be fair, they we're hitting the pads like tyson!

It only supposedly works if you put a good shift in as it raises your core temperature therefore theoretically meaning more fat will be burnt when exercising.

Heard of people taking between 5-10 of them before going out on the piss. Fuck that!! I took them a few years ago, and I didn't feel it helped training like it did for others, what I did get was bad side effects.

Another danger with ephadrine is that traces of it remain in your body for a very long time, and if you take lots of it without taking time off from it(like 3 months), you can actually accumulate an overdose - liver/heart failure

It can also cause growths in the liver

(as researched by my Pharmacologist sister!)

The guy who sold me it told me to store the tub upside down as the active ingredient would settle at the bottom. Didn't do this and me and my mates first go proved pretty unspectacular, however.....next time I turned it upside down and we took a more generous helping... ha, that did it!! we went to the gym and had best session ever, think I beat my best deadlift by about 30 pounds and had to be dragged out of there... didn't sleep a wink either!! also took it once back when I did JKD and we were going on a seminar with Mauricio Gomez of Gracie Barra fame, well night before was my birthday so we were out on the lash and came home to watch De la Hoya v Trinidad ( ? ) so consequently had around 2 hours sleep... didn't want to look tired and waste day so I naturally suggested a little pick me up to get us through the day. Not good after no sleep, hardly any breakfast or fluids and especially training in a small room on a boiling summers day!!! ha, I honestly thought at one point I was going to die... no joking either, I was red as a phone box and felt my brain was going to boil. Had to rush off to toilet and stood there in front of these shocked leisure centre users with my gi ripped open throwing half a tonne of water all over my body and head before collapsing in the corner!!! ha. that said I felt fine in around 10 minutes and went back and finished the class. Never used it again though!! Always prided myself on been drug free but do wonder about that tub!!
