Tell us about yourself: Started muay thai as a fitness thing 8 years ago and was hooked straight away, Before I knew it I was assisting with instructing and competing. Had a few fights now and want to go on competing and training as long as my body will let me. Been out and trained in Thailand in 2006 and going back Oct 2007!
I have met some great people during my short time in martial arts and can quite honestly say that me and my life have changed dramatically(for the better obviously)because of it. Time well spent I'd say!
Love absolutely everything about Muay Thai and can't get enough of it!
