ive just been reading up on weight cutting and the different methods people use like salt baths waterloading etc,what methods do use guys use for 24hr weigh-ins and how do use re-hydrate yourselfs properly,thanks colin.

Dioralyte (Sp?)

You can get it out of any pharmacy. Used primarily for replacing salts etc lost when people, kids have the runs. It was from a recommendation of an amateur boxing coach who had his guys use it when they have been cutting fluids that I tried it. Mix with water, tastes awful though LOL

thanks for that mtk am gonna do a test of some of these weight cutting methods soon to see whats most effective and what works best for rehydrating.

I like running with sweats on and sauna for cutting water ,
dyrolite is great for rehydrating :}

I don't know what is best but I would look at the market product stuff and see if I could make my own with better quality ingredients.
