Dean are you going to host any Jfcc fights on this bill?
Dean Sugden
Posted: 2010-06-22 07:55:46
Hello Alan, I am now going to organise a Night of Action with just JFCC fights on it...

Although we have 2 other fantastic Cadet Fights lined up for October 16th.

We have so many potential great fights on paper. Just in early stages of planning.

So would welcome any suggestions on months and dates of any clubs who have JFCC Champions THAT wud be interested.

Maybe with the idea of fighter of the Night winning a voucher towards attending the IKF World Classic. Just an idea but if I can find a sponsor or two be nice to reward some of these up and coming amateurs.

With Chads fight being billed and regarded as The Undisputed World Champion. The JFCC are considering making a presentation to the winner along likes of Ring Champions in Boxing. Although this is not a co sanctioned event.

The "Ring" attempted to clear up the confusion regarding world champions by creating a championship policy. It echoed many critics' arguments that the sanctioning bodies in charge of boxing championships had undermined the sport by pitting undeserving contenders against undeserving "champions", and forcing the boxing public to see mismatches for so-called "world championships".

Nothing definate but all being considered at the moment!

Interesting reading Dean, sounds good. And good luck with the show, Ian and Chris will make for a good fight, I have had Ian on two of my shows and he is a busy fighter when he gets in there, with a high work rate, a real crowd pleaser, sure to put in a good performance every time.

I haven’t seen either Dillon's or Regis's opponents fight but after meeting both of these great young talented kickboxers at the JFCC Championships and watched them both in the ring, I am sure that the show will be as explosive to watch as ever.

Chad's latest title challenge and the small matter of the Bates & Tate show down.

As for James Gridley - No Comment on this one!!

Can’t wait for this one, role on 16th October.

I still have a gut feeling that Jamie will win on points against Andrew. Either way this fight will be talked about for a long time afterwards. Looking forward to watching Chad as he just seems to get better all the time. The fight which I cannot wait for though is Regis fighting K1, a very tough fight but Regis always seems to raise his game when he needs to.

Roll on October

Yeh its gonna b a cracker and Paul Douglas stepped up to the mark to fight Chris Deakin as unfortunately Ian Longson has a neck injury which is going take some time to heal.

Regis new opponent is from a qulity gym and is a quality fighter with 15 out 17 wins underr Muay Thai rules.

So under modified Thai this is going to b a cracker.

Looking forward to it...:-)

Deakin vs Douglas is an awesome match! Love to watch both fight. Douglas is all action all the time and Deaks is slick and busy with a nice blend of hands and legs. Also be good to see how Regis adapts to K1 rules!! Strong card this Dean!

I'm at a thing in London in the day might see if i can get back in time for this.

Tate vs Bates definatley the most anticipatated, cant wait for that!

Paul Douglas...we are very excited to fight Chris and look forward to another challenge as Paul is back after a 6 months injury : )

Mick - Yes Regis is training hard and has a massice challenge in his first real K1 STYLE fight against the best in his age category. A real test but it usually brings out the best in him.

Amir - You jumped on this one and fair play to you and Paul thanks for your quick response and from what I have heard this will be a cracker of a fight.

Fergus Taylor is matched now against Daryl Baptiste. This will be a Boxing Bout that will be an absolute classic. Anyone from Lincoln will testify this is probably gonna be a contender for fight of the night!!!

Anyone predicting who gonna win?

Chad & Regis out this Sunday to ensure they are heading in the right direction. Thanks to Colin Payne who has come up trumps with some quality opponents. Amadeus Night Club gonna be a c racker this Sunday!!!
Dean Sugden
Posted: 2010-09-03 14:49:49
Meant to say Real K1 Style fight against a Thai fighter. Regis fought a very capable and game fighter in Aaron Town out in Spain at the WKA World Champs in Spain. Aaron like Regis is a Full Contact fighter happy to mix it up in both styles to find quality opponents.
