If this show brings down the curtain on Lex's career, I'd just like to say well done and good luck in the future lex. I've not had the honour of seeing you fight, but i have watched videos, and heard the never ending praise of you, you are a TRUE champion. I thin it will be a while until another "Lex" comes along. He is one of the legendary names when i got interested in the sport, along with Jhon Orchard, Nick Gill, Marty Cox Jnr and George Pattison. I think we could all learn allot from all these boys....

Kenny Easdon vs Alex Bertie is a joke!
Alex is not at the same level.
Especially if your saying Kenny's too good for Ryan!
No offence to Alex or Paul Leonard who Kenny fought but Ryan pasted Leonard and would do the same to Alex.
Kenny is a pro so shouldn't be fighting amateurs.
Hope Ryan vs Kenny happens, so he can prove everyone wrong!
lol im sure alex wont take that comment personel haha, dean these fights happen, look at u fighting aaron towns for the 9th time ha, i was looking for clowns. na but all seriousness cudnt see kenny backing out of it with ryan, everyone doesnt always need to chase rivals get ryan to get greg to contact lex and get the fight on and prove everyone wrong as he is the one everyone is doubting.
Dean u have alot to say pal!!!! Focus on your own fighting and forget about everyone else!!! ;)
Alex and Ryan in the cage just recently having move about Alex was comfortable and never felt under any pressure?!?
Hope your coming along to the show Deano some the lads will show you how fighting should be done :p
deano i have to disagree wi u on that one dont think alex vs kenny is a joke seen them both fight a few times and sparred with alex a few times very awkward fighter think kenny has his work cut out for him am goin for alex on points...
as for me vs kenny the fights there for december if it happens it happens if it dont who cares can fight others to shut the doubters up.. we both have fights before december to train for so leave it at that and if people still want the fight after hes fought alex am sure greg and lex could come to an arrangement.
Dean just to clear a few things up...
The fight was offered to Ryan on my show with Kenny and it was refused by Rivals because Ryan is fightin a couple of weeks after it, but then again so is another fighter from Rivals, fighting a couple of weeks after my show. Hmm...
As for Kenny, he is not an active fighter he has had 2 moveabouts in 12 years and thats all it is with Alex,a moveabout, as Alex is also fighting a couple of weeks after my show.
U keep goin on about Ryan pasting Paul Leonard, Kenny moved about with him with 16oz and still put him down but no disrespect to Paul as it was just a moveabout!
I hope Rivals are paying you good money for all the brown nosing you do for them ;-) ha.
I said it was a joke as you said Kenny would be taking a liberty fighting Ryan.
I did not realise these fights were moveabouts so I apoligise for diving in.
Anyway good luck with the show, good card and hopefully Ryan vs Kenny hapens sometime :)

What a fight sam Allan rivals vs Robert mccallum Paisley for pro am world title... Very tight fight going to Sam Allan
Lex Easdon wins on points vs robert cassells
New WKA world champion Ronnie " The Shark" Clark 2nd KO awesome performance... Vs Jose Peres Portugal
Well done Ronnie yes im a Ronnie fan
Congratulations to lex on a great show. rolled back the years tonight, 5th round he looked like he was in his 20's ha, gonna miss seeing him fight. Ronnie done him proud . 2nd round ko and stylish as ever. cant see anyone at this weight even coming close to him but hey thats cause they wont fight him:P x
Well done Ronnie 60kg king:-)
What a night well done to Sam Allan great performance I had him 2 rounds down going into 3rd round but he won the next 3 great fight against Robert Mcallum and both fighters showing good chins, sure we will see this match up again.... Kenny Easdon looked very good against Alex Bertie very stylish kicking and good punching... Lex rolling back the years excellent picking off aswell as standing and trading with a much bigger guy.. But performance of the night has got to got to Ronnie.. Wandering about in his boxers getting interviewed for the DVD so calm... Came out and produce his best ever performance just awesome kicking and punching power... Kept Peres going backwards for the while first round don't know how the portugeeze boy stayed up and when Peres came out for the 2nd round his corner had clearly told him to try and come forward and he did onto a left hand jab followed by right hand uppercut and it was lights out.... Although was a brutal KO was good to see him eventually get to his feet.. Then go over and congratulate Ronnie.... Although I think asking for a rematch when your getting held up is maybe not the right time haha... Well done to everyone on a great show.. Thanks to Lex from all us in Dundee for training Ronnie and helping him become World Champion... Who's next I know who I want to see anyone else got any ideas ha...
How about trying to get a fight with Tommy Bach, IKF chanmpion? Well Done Ronnie.
Is Tommy Bach still fighting at lightweight? Think that would be a great fight
Tommy bach fighting bobby campbell at 62.5 in november, but if tommy came down to 60kg then im sure ronnie would love it:P
wow, think they've fought before @ 60kg twice, should be a great fight @ 62.5. I presume it's in the US. Be good to see winner fight Ronnie or Ricky
Or how about Patrick Kinigmazi (spelling?), he's WKN champ @ 60kg. And dont forget Robbie Hingston, he'll be back soon i expect.
to be honest i think bobby fights at 64.5 and 62.5 is the catchweight. dont think bobby campbell could get down to 60kg. Ronnie Would fight any of these fighters and im sure hell be hunting them down now. Ronnie being after the glover rematch for some time. Ricky unfortunetly had to pull out twice for good reasons:)
There are lots of possibilities with Glover, Hingston, Clarke, Bach, kinigmazi and Campbell all in the mix.
Yeh ronnie asked for hingston about a year ago and got told hed be contacted when back basically, not heard nothing:) Glover well he could get ronnie anytime he wanted. all of the rest are foreign opponents and as far as i know kingzamani doesnt fight for anthing other than wkn. Lets be real if ronnie goes and fights on a wkn show is he gonna get a fair result if it goes the distance? a guy who only fights wkn and a guy who will fight any association. harsh facts i know but anyone who is honest will agree:)
That's a little cynical Jamie, how about trying to get billy Murray to put it on in Belfast? Why would Patrick have an advantage there? Ronnie deserve's the bigger fights now, as he is surely at international level @ 60kg. I guess he needs to find out from various orgs how he can become a mandatory challenger, to force the champs to fight him.I understand the iska euro and world is vacant at 60kg, might be worth working with them???? Iwish him all the best whatever he does
No need for Ronnie to hop around weights. 60kg is Ronnies territory and if anyone thinks otherwise they need to prove it! Ronnies the 60kg king;-)
Mike get it on Ricky v Ronnie in Evesham!!!
Regards
Dean
Quite right Dean, Theres Bach and Kinigmazi @ international level and Hingston and Glover domestically, he deserve's these fights now
