as far as I'm aware, drink 6 - 7 litres of water every dayfor a couple of weeks then on the last week reduce it to 2 litres. If you're still having trouble shifting the last kilo or something then switch to a couple of cartons of orange juice per day for the last couple of days.

Then rehydrate ASAP!

I barely know what I'm talking about though - there's other folk who'll know better than me by far.

Yeh there's not too much right in your description Nephilim, with all due respect. Orange juice??? = sugars = water retention.

Best bet is to talk to your coach who will have a better idea of what your body is capable of doing and understand how you training.

Water loading doesn't need more than 5-6 days
