Its abit early but we are pleased to announce we have set the next date for our interclub for Saturday September 24th.

Lot's of Adults & juniors of all levels to match.

No decisions, silly levels of contact or bouts getting out of hand and fair matching.

Competitors £6 Spectators £5.

All fighters get a trophy.

Hot Thai food on sale.

our roman started doing a bit of thai hit n miss. he only 5 tho so dnt want to push him too hard. hes good on pads though.

Our little boys name is Siam (im sure you know why) i cant wait til he's abit older so he can start training.
We already bring him down to the gym so he can watch everyone and take it all in.

I agree totally its one of the very best things that as happened to us. I love being a dad :)
