What book makers take bets on its showtime fights?

I have 5k for me to win by KO.

I doubt if one of the top names in UK Muay Thai didn't know who you were, you'll probably struggle to get your bet on with any of the mainstream, high street bookmakers.

Making his IT’S SHOWTIME debut, Andrew Tate is not exactly bothered by stage fright. On May 12, he will fight Sahak Hak Parparyan at ‘Siam Gym Belgium presents IT’S SHOWTIME 56’ in Kortrijk, Belgium, for the IT’S SHOWTIME world title 85kg max. Today, Tate made a remarkable and bold statement:

Andrew Tate is willing to bet ‘Hak’ for one thousand Euros that he will beat him!

Tate, 24 years old, won his last 18 fights by way of knockout, and he expects to do the same to Parparyan, the reigning IT’S SHOWTIME world champion in the 85kg division. “I’m clever, he’s dumb. I am faster and better conditioned. What’s he got to bring to this? Nothing but my new belt” said Tate. Having an American dad, Tate holds a dual passport and even though he lives in Luton, England, he will defend the honor of both the USA and the UK. He even promised to win for the USA as they, according to Tate, “have no top level stand-up K-1 style fighters.”

According to maker of champions and IT’S SHOWTIME commentator Vinny ‘Showtime’ Shoreman, Andrew Tate has a “dangerous and weird style” and “‘Hak’ has a heard task ahead of him.”

Tate himself thinks he is being nice and said “After the fight, ‘Hak’ can get an autograph and picture with me.”

Sahak Parparyan: “Tate, I raise the bet!”

Yesterday we brought out the news that Andrew Tate wants to bet for €1,000 with Sahak Hak Parparyan that he will defeat him in their upcoming kickboxing match. Tate and Parparyan will fight each other at ‘Siam Gym Belgium presents IT’S SHOWTIME 56’ in Kortrijk, Belgium, for the IT’S SHOWTIME world title 85kg max. Parparyan is the defending champion and when he was confronted with the words of Tate, he responded: “I am even willing to bet with Andrew Tate for my entire fight purse, because I will win.”

Parparyan, currently training at Mike’s Gym, said he is in preparation for his world title defense, and it looks like his preparation got fired up by Tate. Parparyan: “He should be happy if he survives 5 rounds with me. And if he does, he needs a visit to the hospital and he’ll have to eat through a straw. Also, after he fights me, he won’t be able to walk for a while.”

Tate has won his last 18 fights by knockout, but Parparyan, the Armenian world champion, is not easily impressed. “Andrew Tate fought nothing but cans. This time he will find out the difference between fighting a champion and fighting a pipsqueak,” said ‘Hak’.

My apologies Mr Trainor, I didn't mean for your post/quote to put you in a bad light in any way, it was merely to high light a point that you didn't know who Andrew Tate was, and that he isn't obviously as well known as he thinks, or a house hold name just yet.

Very interested to see if he will fight for the whole purse, which I'm assuming will be a definite "Yes" due to his incredible self confidence.

I want to stress out that Andrew in his 1st outing fights not just their TOP BOY but also for "THE" It's Showtime World Title - the pressure is on HAK - Fact!!

We like being the underdogs and people talking shit when they don't know shit is irrelevant - it took a long time to get to here and we for sure do not take it likely...

Any way...they (Tate + HAK) still might meet in the $50.000 ENFUSION-TV tournament where Tate fights his 3rd opponent Richie Howkins from Scotland in the Semi-Final after he knocked the 2 previous opponents out in Macedonia.
HAK is fighting a Slovenian so this could be TATE v SAHAK 2 :-)

And Damian thank you for your comments...I always liked your style and admired your success and contribution to the Sport - Good Luck in the Future :-)

In my opinion I would say that the pressure is on Andrew Tate after all of his promises and proclamations of a knock out victory. Is he fighting for the full purse?

For the guy with all of this incredible chat, that's been hypnotised to win he's just been called out to fight for the whole purse, and there hasn't been a response?

Where are all the guys who were saying how brilliant trash talk was etc....what an opportunity to get it going and stir the pot for what is being billed as such a massive fight and occasion!!

also it's a big because he's first "Brit" to fight for one a doorway to others to like Enfusion reality show Adrian wedlowski who am sure you know and a k 1 future featured fighter : ) with the way it's moving k 1 and it's Showtime like characters so in essence Tates perfect and I learnt about via Dougie mcAdam and he's tv because he talks take petrosyan he's the best never been beaten in k 1 rules amazing but he's say nothing it has change and Tate is trying to earn a living and make a career also as is Sahak who is my mate too, it's Showtime is about just that a show simple really : )

Davieboy,
You're all over these Andrew Tate threads...are you sure that you're not a fan too.

I first met Tate on one of Dean Sugden's shows where he ko'd one of the top british kickboxers...Jamie Bates (another nice guy and a big talent).
Impressed as I was with Tate's skills, it was his whacky sense of humour and uttely unshakeable self confidence that was most memorable.

After working on two seasons of Enfusion (Portugal / Thailand), the next season was announced and was to be filmed in Macedonia and would be at 85kgs.

I immediately recommended Tate to the Enfusion team who had already placed Vinny in charge of selecting the UK representatives...a quick phonecall to Uncle Vince from me and Tate was on the shortlst.
A brief chat between Tate and Vinny and i got a text message from Mr Shoreman that said..."He's perfect"

I'm glad that Davie brought up the fact Damien Trainor hadn't heard of Andrew...this is in my opinion why fight sports are still very niche in the Uk. Because of the popularity of K1 rules in Europe, fight fans go to fight shows...it's that simple. Here, thaiboxers go to thai shows, kickboxers go to kb shows and our paths seldom cross. Imagine the audiences we could get if we would all unite and realise that what we do is different only by subtleties

On that point...big shout out to 3d promotions for fielding a very strong MT card on 'The Main Event', but they also had Andrew Tate and Chad Sugden...both stars in The FC world.

After all...what is K1?
It's simply a modified rules set which makes it possible for participants of all fighting styles to take part. A rules set which almost guarantees excitement for the spectators too...

What's more...the fighters are getting properly paid. Badr Hari reportedly got over €100,000 for his last outing and €10k-€20k is fairly commonplace for Petrosian, Drago, Souwer, Krauss etc.

I'm waffling a bit now but the people who have seen it done in Europe understand why I find the UK scene so frustrating...we've got just as many great fighters as in Holland and collectively we have just as many fans. When you add up the attendances of all of the shows week after week, whether it be kickboxing, muay thai etc

More K1 in the UK will see more cross-over between the best of MT and the best of FC...that in turn will bring two seperate audiences together which would hopefully lead to bigger shows and more money!

I would love to see more K-1 in the UK from both a fighter and spectator point of view. Although coming from FC, I enjoy muay thai but K-1 is by far my favourite ruleset to watch as it is, very cliche, but the best of both worlds. You could get a British level thaiboxer, and put him against a British level kickboxer (granted he has trained with low kicks) and it would be a bloody good fight. IMO, the flickboxers are here to stay and make their mark :)

I still want the Tate rematch unfinished business and It will give every1 a much better spectacle to watch than u vs hunt, but every1 has there fish to fry, I'm sticking around for a while :) !

But all the best, do it for Great Britain or the USA or both and yourself, I fancied the trip but I'm busy both dates! its nice to see fighters we can all relate to on big shows, tates banter is funny I wana hear the after speech not on camera in a room after but in the middle of the ring with the Microphone turned up lol !

Mr Shoreman/Dougie,
I definitely don't hate or even dislike Andrew Tate, because I have never met the guy, it's actually just his juvenile chat that I find really pathetic! You know me personally Dougie, I'm not a troll and I've been on AX maybe 7-8 years and made 50 odd posts in all that time.

I totally get all the trash talking and the "theatre" that goes with fighters and all the rest of it, but the majority of that thread had no relation to competing, was juvenile and I just found it totally cringe-worthy for a "world champion" and potential super-star of the sport to be posting on a massive public forum like AX.

Thats just my personal opinion, but thats what AX is about and it drew my attention to the ego that is Andrew Tate, but if thats the route you take as a fighter with your public image then it's something you have to keep up, which is why I posted the question "Is he fighting for the purse?" because I genuinely want to know!

I have never, ever questioned Tate's ability either, just his terrible patter! I love K1 as well just for the record! :D

I love everyone. :)

I dont feel there are any domestic fights worth me taking for a while, especially not rematchs. Whats done is done, and now I have a mark to make on showtime. Im not interested in much else.

Joe had a big name and was I knew the "he would beat tate" question was coming so I put that to rest (in 1min 23 seconds like a badass im so amazing).

Bates is a good fighter who Ive KO'd but if he makes it to showtime we will meet again.

Everyone knows id beat hunt anyway hardly worth it.

My official reply to sahak is coming soon and for now its showtime showtime showtime.

It's not about the result, I have never, ever questioned Andrew Tate's ability. I know how good he is, and how far he is going to go in the sport. I'm talking about in my own personal opinion, as AX is a public forum for expressing opinions, that he comes out with stuff that isn't relevant and not befitting of the champion he is. In my opinion.

"do 1 ya wank...i really need a profile to say that? ya monkey bastard.."

"davie, and what you wee fudd...who are u ya monkey?"

"you're a wee guy telling real fighter"

Billybigconkers...use of the word "fud" gave away the fact that you're Scottish, lol...and I thought that word was reserved exclusively for Amorusso.

Davie, you are getting your knickers in a twist with the whole Andrew Tate thing, what's your beef?

Of the fifty odd posts in your Ax career, about half of them have been Tate related, why does he bother you so much? Really...I'm curious.

I know Tate, he'll just be glad that people are talking about him, lol.

Don't worry Dougie, you'll not have to stick up for your pal again. I'll not be expressing my opinion again on this forum, because I don't like taking abuse from completely iliterate, faceless trolls like "Billynoballs" which is probably why I've only made 50 odd posts in the seven or eight years I've been on AX.

I also don't need to explain myself to you, WilliamweeBawz or anybody else for that matter so I'll let you all get on with massaging Andrews ego.

I'm also a fan of Andrew Tate the fighter. His AX persona is a completely different matter though.

I agree Paul123,
I mean this with absolutely no disrespect to Marlon (who has had huge success and been a good ambassador for FC)...I hear from many sources however that he is a bit of a 'spent force' nowadays.

DiPaulo or Knowles would be interesting too, I like both those fighters but I think Tate's style, speed and power could prove too much for them.

Someone mentioned Oborotov, Oborotov is a natural 85kg fighter who has built up to 95kg for better opportunities...I consider Oborotov to be one of the most naturally gifted 'big guys' on the Uk scene...I'm a huge fan and if he ever came back down in weight...he v Tate is a fight I could not call!

IMO Tate would stop Hunt in less than 3 rounds, whereas vs Knowles or Depaulo I couldnt call it, as they are both more experianced and from a FTR background, which would then be a top UK thaiboxer vs the UK top kickboxer. If Tate could beat or KO either of these two would be a big enough statement to how good he is.

This Andrew you speak of is a bum! Literally! He had to buy me a chicken sandwich once and I made him watch me eat it! Very sad really, now I owe him a sandwich!

Seems the arrogant, disrespectful loudmouth has gone very quite now he lost to Hak.
He talks rubbish about woman, money and fighters in his youtube videos.
Bet he didn't even pay Hak his purse seeing he didnt win or knock Hak out.

He lives in UK, but fights for USA!!

Go Sahak and Mikesgym!

Sorry want to keep this on thread but,

"Spent force" and "Tate would know me out in 3 rounds?"

Christian Di Paolo couldnt knock me out over 12 rounds, when he was in form and knocking people out in 30-60 sec each fight!
I beat him for the WAKO Pro World title

Lyndon Knowells couldnt knock me out and I beat him this year K1 Rules unanimous decision.

Lyndon beat Christian Di Paolo before our fight and won the ISKA K1 European title after our fight.

Ive only lost 4x in my career and last year I had severe MCL damage due to fighting every 5-6 weeks abroad.

I didn't want to take anything away from the fighters I lost to by saying this last year, but I was no where near 100%.

Now I am.

You're only on two I have ever seen? One your trainer started and the other your friend did.

Incidentally this one was about 4 pages down in the "older topics" section.

I just dug it out once I heard you lost because I wanted to be really smug when I heard you got pumped. That is what happens though when you talk your talk....I'm sure you appreciate this.

LOL, you dug it out once you heard he got pumped?

.... You my friend, are a closet Tate fan!

I possibly could be if he stopped talking so much irrelevant shite and about his money. You don't need to talk trash to be popular and have a massive fan base....likeability goes a long way.

Get the lads at your gym to invite Tate over for a training session, seriously Davie, he's a completely different person, and a true gent of the sport, he's trying to make a living, his job is to fight and love it or hate it, his banter is getting people talking!

Craig, totally appreciate that and great for the profile of the sport!!

Griphouse guys get paid to give seminars, they don't pay for them Andrew. Especially to guys who wear moon-boots, pyjamas and do flicky kicks! ;-)
