For those that maybe interested...K-1 Kickboxing - recent U.K. 'M M A' Magazine article.

The sport of M.M.A. Mixed-Martial-Arts, lead by promotions such as U.F.C. Ultimate Fighting Championship have definately given a renewed global interest in the striking arts of K-1 style Kickboxing and Muaythai.

There is an increasing audience now watching M.M.A. that had never previously watching combat-sports that utilise striking, other than Boxing.

Not everyone is a fan of the groundwork and submissions, and due to this, the market is expanding again for striking arts that Kick as well as box.

Without a doubt, the future for Kickboxing and Muaythai is looking bright!

It is in this months 'Fighter-Only' magazine. It is probrably the biggest selling martial arts magazine publication in the U.K. these days, again due to M.M.A. and the popularity of the U.F.C.

I believe it is also distributed abroad too.
