Our next interclub will be held on Saturday December 1st.

Adults & juniors of all levels to match.

Great for gaining valuable ring experience in a controlled enviroment.

No decisions, silly levels of contact or bouts getting out of hand and fair matching.

Competitors £6 Spectators £5.

All fighters will receive a trophy for taking part.

Hot Food & drink available on the day.

All bouts will be pre matched. Many thanks for your support in advance.

Brilliant day yesterday. Some excellent fights with great skills and control shown by everyone.

Thanks very much to all gyms and spectators for your support. Our next interclub will be in March 2013.
