I can tell you about Amsterdam a little.
Mikes gym has a great rep, didn't know about that fighter house thing, would obviously make it very accessible for fighters coming from abroad etc.

You can use kamernet.nl to find a room to stay in Amsterdam if you're looking into other camps.
Check the price order as well, sometimes people are just looking for a house sitter for a couple weeks, so you can get a great deal if you're flexible on your times.

Vos gym have moved out west in Amsterdam, great reputation.
Mejiro gym are right in the center, another great gym.

Mousid gym is in Amsterdam east, great training and sparring there as well.
And Chakuriki up north, where Badr Hari started out.
And FFC Carbins in south east, another top gym.

So plenty to choose from.

Amsterdam is generally known as the hub in Holland for A class fighters.
I know there are some other good gyms in Rotterdam and Breda (Golden Glory in Breda will only take you if you're an established professional though).

But while I'm sure you can get training all around, the general feedback I got whilst looking there initially was that, Amsterdam is where the best training happens, and most fighters from smaller cities will eventually move to Amsterdam anyways.

Prices, generally, you'll pay about 50 a month (could vary), for all the training you can handle.

We recently trained at the www.mejirogym.nl/ for four days training twice a day.
We stayed 2 minute walk away from the gym and which is 15 minute walk (if that) from Amsterdam Central.
Andre Mannaart takes most of the classes himself and they are 10 Euros a class for non members.
I would personally recommend the Mejiro.
Three of us went and are thinking about doing a longer trip there later in the year.
If you message the gym they are helpful with any questions.
