on 3 different occasions students of mine have spoken to students from a club a few miles away, and each time they come in asking about this top thai boxing instructor whos students claim is the best in the west with the top fighters and the best gym, fortunatly many of my students either fight or attend the tournaments and know that they are bullshitting,
thier are unfortunatly a lot of bullshitters in this game thiers even a guy in glasgow who teaches he was a kyokashin student who just decided to take up teaching thai he has a gold arm band which he tells people he got for being the top fighter in scotland, as far as i know he has had 2 fights niether of which was in scotland and he has been kicked out of at least 3 classes, but the public dont know this they take him at face value much to their loss unfortunatlly.
