as for "body Combat" its one of those taebo type health crazes
i went to one class of it and its very good fitness traning and i asked the instructor what ehr background was,... she said oh its body combat only its a combination of all the "arts" :P
what a crock of shit , she cudnt even throw a decent uppercut
i personally think shed struggle to pass her ,... well shed pass a white belt grading, shed prolly pass a red belt , but shed STRUGGLE to pass a yellow belt in the AFK system :P
