ahh i went on an instructors course withy the WKA
and there were these "scary" (only thing scary was theyre cellulite LOL)
lookign ladies (who youd shit yourself if they asked you for a date)
they said that theyre martial art is called "CARTEC" (wtf? soudns like a car makign kit!)
they were wearign cycling shorts which shwoed off theyre blubbery cellulite in a big way!
everyone had to show a combo and they did a left jab- right jab (didnt she mean right cross?) - right hook left hook combo

when it came to sparring they said " we dont spar" and they called theyre style " a ladies self defence system"

i cudnt work out what kind of qualifications they had,.. if any
prolly got it on a weekend course
