Just to answer a couple of questions:

The Stevens V Nudd Fight is made at 64.5kg (regardless of what they agree to weigh in at). So in effect the result won't particularly affect the Gosden V Nudd contest which is at the lower weight. Diesel, i presume will continue to campaign at the higher weight (unless someone tells me otherwise). Therefore a Gosden V Stevens match is probably not on the cards (although weight divisions vary throughout the associations and there may be some common ground somewhere for the future). It's my guess that the Stevens camp will be looking at the Burtons, Singhs etc of this world further down the line.

Steve Gosden (who can't write:))has asked me to mention that he agreed some time ago that Stacey could meet Mike but as yet no firm title offer is on the table (although various options have been mentioned)With regards to the Circus Tavern option. He is happy to fight 10 rounds for no title if it's about who is the best in the division.

I might also add (if it helps) that Jimmy Hamilton would be happy to pitch Rob Hingston against a comebacking Jon Eames on the same event - keeping that division interesting and active at the top end.

I don't things need to get any more complicated than that. No one is being overlooked and there are additional contests to be had on the strength of it. A good move forward for all I believe.
