This is a game testing Kiwi's sport's knowledge.
You ask a question and then when somebody get's it right its there turn etc etc.
No jumping in with question,s
Ok here we go.
Which NZ kickboxing fighter holds the UTC world Super heavy title?
Here's a good starter for ten:
How Old is the Tee Man ?
A) 35
B) 29
c) 36
D)If we told you we'd have to kill you because Tee Man's real age is the South Island's best guarded secret.(LOL)
Who was the First Kiwi Fighter to fight in Japan under the K-1 Banner (Hint - It wasn't Ray Sefo) ?
What was the name of the fighter Jayson Vermoa fought when he got stopped in the 4th round of his World Tile Fight when ahead on points (coverage feaured on TV3 Sportzah intro I think) ?
Who was Andrew Pecks first ever KO in K-1 2000 ?
Whoops Sorry for Hijacking Tiger Claw - But Tee MAn Holds that UTC title doesn't he ?
To Mike's questions
Im pretty sure it was Jason suttie?/ Winston walker/ Andrew koed an island boy froma tae kwon do back ground whose name I have no chance of remembering. He probably has a hard time remembering it too given how long he was knocked out for after that kick in the head!
whats a Kiwis Fav: Fruit
:-p
mike.....ron sefo
sandy......kiwi fruit
hahah LOL that was Hard ! i will giv ya 11 outa 10
:-p
Hey Richie,
Yep it was Jason Suttie when he beat Ivan Hippolyte in Japan
Winston Walker knocked Jase out
And Andrew KO'd Formai Formosa (Not 100% on the last name) in 2000 with a head kick
Any questions for us Richie or Mike S?
Winston Walker From Here ? U.K. ?
1. how many gangsters train at ETK?
2. why did "Powerhouse" stop using large amounts of roids?
3. Who enjoys watching Prince Hammid getting beaten up?
Manu pull your head in mate go troll somewhere else - its already been proven on Ax that it is very easy to track down and anonomous user in the internet and disable their account.
LOL. 1) im guessing a few 2)bad acne on his back and 3) I DO!!!!! HaHahahahahahah
who's the best middle weight in NZ?
The best middle weights in NZ would have to be Choppa Chapman and Jordan Tai. Hmmm Mike, I'll have to think of someone good one's and get back to you. I'll see if Rebel can come up with some, he's old school he's bound to have a couple.
what n.z thai boxer has fought the most thai's home and abroad?
manu from helensville right, manu i doubt thats ur real name as i doubt u would ever ask or say this type of thing in person....fag...right. anyway i dont believe there is 1 gangster training at etk, everyone is welcome here as long as they come to train with respect for all others in the gym and respect the rules of the gym......now if u got any other stupid questions or fag things to say u know where i am please come up to the gym...or shut up...jason suttie
LOL manu..you in trouble now boy!!!LOL
The more "gangsters" in the gym the better I say. Training Muay Thai is a great way to teach self respect and to help people stay out of trouble. If the ETK guys are training people like that then good on them.
Here's a question: Out of the current NZ title holders (any weight or sanctioning body, amateur and pro) who has had the most title defences? (I dont know the answer, but I'm curious)
Cheers
Ben
hey mike, just reading the latest international kickboxing mag and am puzzled on your comment about Jason and Peter lacking punching power? on what do you base this observation? Surly Jason's long list of ko's at heavyweight including youself proves jason has ko power at heavyweight as well.
QUESTION
What NZ k1 champion has beaten all other NZ k1 champions?
Stab in the dark....
Jason suttie?
Aaron (Boyes)... The Answer to your question would be the Current NZ K1 Champ, Ronnie Sefo I'd think.
Its Jason Suttie
Ronnie hasn't beaten Andrew Peck yet.
Hey Aaron,
Good point - given I have fought both Jase and Peter, I've had quite a close up view of the leather they throw and chewed on more than my fair share of it(LOL)
Just in very short - Peter has never been kown as a power puncher - and is only now beginning to sit down on his punches, due proabley to his boxing experience last year so it will be interesting to see if he manages some one punch KO's this year.
Jase is a pure finisher with tremendous handspeed, if he senses weakness he gos in for the kill and does it with combination punching and intense passion -he probabley doesn't have the one off punching power of a Mark Hunt or Ray Sefo. But it doesn't make him any less dangerous as a fighter. Evander Holyfield wasn't known as a one off banger either but he did some pretty great things.
But that's only my opinion - but at least we are getting coverage in IK, a couple of years back we had none - it'd be great to have other people contributing their opinions and experience too, all it takes is putting pen to paper and putting to gether an article.
Don't know but NZ's top kickboxing surfer would be either Eddie Tongalahi or Sam Masters
can they Kick too ? :-p
and Box whilst on the Surfboards? :-p
Is it Maz Quinn and if it is he was at K-1 NZ last year during his visit back
Yep maz quin...
and yes kickboxing surfer eddie......
whos won the recent madiera world championship triathlon??
How many world titles has he got?
and hes a kiwi!!!!!
Motu Mataa was another top surfer turned Thai Boxer
Where was Jason Sutties first fight, and where was his first fight in NZ? Not to answer Lollo
Jason had his first fight in Tahiland while on an student exchange programe, his first fight in NZ, bugger can't remember the bar , but it was in south auckland I think ... Sheepys, can't quite remeber but it was a war aganist another Island boy who could really fight too.
question
what nz k1 champion has beaten all other k1 champions?
answer
Jason Suttie
Andrew has beaten dougie x1 and ronnie x2
Ronnie has beaten jason
Dougie has beaten Ronnie
jason has beaten andrew, ronnie and dougie
hey john im way to young to remember when Jason started fighting, hehe
Question:
Who did Mark Hunt KO in the final to win his first Oceania K-1 title ?
ok then...i give you a hard question...what colour underwear did andrew have on when he won the nz k1...lol...
jason suttie is the only one to beat all the other k1 champions..
Who were the first two fighters to have a muay thai fight in nz, with elbows included?
How many boxing fights has Ray Sefo fought?
Who was the ringside judge that scored against Jason Suttie in his fight against Trevor Ambrose?
Who did Pathai have his last thai fight against?
Answer all four questions correctly to score a wonderful prize.
Who were the first two fighters to have a muay thai fight in nz, with elbows included? Not sure but it wold have been Lollos era - possibly between Thais that Sifu Phillip Lam bought in say maybe Fanta, Pathai, or Jombing vs another Thai?
How many boxing fights has Ray Sefo fought? Ray Sefo has had six fights
Who was the ringside judge that scored against Jason Suttie in his fight against Trevor Ambrose? Dr Peter Lewis the former ISKA rep was the only blind judge to score against Jason vs Trevor Ambrose (nb I was sitting beside him and it looked to me like he altered his score card after the rounds to ensure Trevor got the win ???)
Who did Pathai have his last thai fight against? Fanta
Mike well done. Ellerslie oaks
Ray Sefo has boxed against my old foe Paul Baker. USA fights Steve Griffin KO win
Chester Hughes KO lost and one other kiwi boxer whose name I cant remember. That makes 4 boxing fights. You could count some of his kickboxing fights where he doesn’t throw any kick I guess
Fanta would have had minced meat pathai. I think you are thinking of Keo Sud. Down town .11th November 1999. Not to sure if that was Pathai’s last fight. When did he stop Paul Briggs?
I thought for some reason Pathai fought Fanta in the KGB challenge - and from memory it was a pretty lack luster fight, but I could be well wrong ... too many lunches in the head maybe
Here is a good one - which Balmoral fighter to John the Rebel Conway fight before seeing the light and coming to Balmoral to Train ? Rebel you can't answer this one.
Oh yeah he stopped paul briggs with leg kicks, 2nd round in 1997 from memory
Did'nt he fight Tony Hill in Australia after after Briggs??
Here's one for you!!!
What fighter won a WMC Title at Lumpinee Stadium in Auckland on his First Fight??
What Weight division was the Title??
And to what degree on a scale of 1-10 (1 being totally calm & 10 being just about filling his undies)was he shitting himself on the night??
lol
I think he fought Tony Hll in '95.
Hey Scotty I think I know the answer to this one
Clues:
It was Cruiserweight and on a scale of one to ten from memory it was 11 (LOL)... any one know ??
And from what I know the undies skiddies and all are hung and framed on a gym wall somewhere.
Pathai last fight wasnt the kgb challenge ( in which it was Keo that he fought not fanta) keo had beaten Pathai twice before but this fight was different because pathai had remained active and keo has been smoking and drinking to much whiskey for the past 10 years hehe. Pathai last fight was against a young thai fighter in which he lost on points, although Pathai did cut him everytime he threw an elbow.
Mike your comment that a fighter seen the light and came to train at Balmoral is quite a good reflection of your commentary and reporting. Your biasd opinion of anyone who is not LeeGar is not as good as they would be if they were gets a bit boring. Maybe every time a Balmoral fighter loses they should see the light and go train with the gym they lost to!!!!!!.
Aarron its was a joke - and considering there are no fighters currently from Balmoral who competed in K-1 Anzacs or who will compete in K-1 Oceania - can't quite see where the so called bias comes from. I just call it as I see it can't please all of the people all of the time.
Now ya got that sorted out Lighting with the so called bias commentry accusation, who was the fighter that came to Balmoral after his fight with Rebel?
Whoops its actuallt misworded Rebel came down to Balmoral after fighting against a Balmoral boy - to learn what those leg kicks were all about I think.
Now which Thai fighter currently residing in NZ fought Don the Dragon Wilson (Don was at light heavyweight at that point) and made a fool of Wilson while barely tipping the Welterweight limits.
Lightning:
I think Aaron got a good point. Although I and many others are impressed with your knowledge of the fight games, my observation is that you maybe standing on a few toes with some of your comments toward the fighters background and fighting techniques (or like Aaron said...where they should go to train. LOL) etc. Remember people will judge you with what you say on TV, whether you meant it or not. And people can take things very personally. That's just the nature of the business which I'm sure you are already aware of.
I know you can't please everybody. However, you can choose which style of commentating you wish to do on TV. You can work on controlling your own emotion and strictly stay with the technical side of things. I'm talking about the things which you only see during the fight. Or you can choose to be controversy to create more dramas and interest. This bring guys like Aaron to the open to say how they feel about the Balmoral gym. Because once you say something else apart from the technical things during the fight, people will take it as personal attack. Whether it is deliberately or accidental, you are taking on him, his gym and his followers. This can get quite nasty and out of hand. People don't buy ticket to watch a fight, they buy emotions. It's emotions that great the interests (happy, sad, etc..). Than you have guys like, Michael Shiavello create emotions by get exciting about anything and everything...LOL! Totally nutral but get excited. The way he describe things sounds exciting. Even walking into the ring, he makes it sound so exciting by the tone of his voice...LOL! However, I think he's been hanging around you too long because, he is now starting to critisize..LOL! Anyway, you guys are doing a good job, but can still plenty of room to improve. Remember, this is not coming from Lollo as your former fight coach, it's coming from Lollo who is part of 1.5 million viewers on TVNZ K-1 coverage.
Just to clear up things with Rebel.
I approached Rebel to come to Balmoral. He already knew how to leg kick as he had already been training in Thailand. He was also an accomplished boxer fighting in Australia, and Asia while training with Lance Revill. I'm forever thankful that accepted my offer to train with us, as he shared his knowledge and wisdom with our new guys at the time (Sefo brothers, Vemoa, Suttie etc..). I can tell you this, if I am not available to tour with any of my fighters, Rebel will be my first choice to take my guys, even though he is busy running his own gym now.
Lee gar boys dont lose do they? lol, youre right lolo, report the facts not opinions. Tony Robb from combat does such a good job in this area, maybe he'd be a good frontman for nz kickboxing commentary? No favoritism, definitely no bagging fighters, *cough* i think tman still wants to have a word with you, lightning *mumble*, and could rival that shivello fulla for amusing anecdotes. Hehe, my personal fav 'stick a fork in him, i think hes all done'. Got your fork angove? Just kidding mate. LOL
Thanks for the feedback - I agree there is plenty of room for improvement and always will be Shiavello and I go over things very closely at the end of every event and look at how things can improve. Certainly what we try and do is bring emotion and excitment in to people's living room and to a certain extent create a sense of contrvoersy if what is going on in the ring warrents it. At no stage is that supposed to be at the personal expense of anyone.
There is deffinaately no conscious sense of bias towards any gym - on listening to earlier commentaries (when we first began) I think there may have been a slanting in that direction and that is something we worked very hard on correcting. It seems however that some fighters forget the positive comments made about them or their fighting style and focus only on a negative comment, whether or not it is warrented.
Having said all that, I'll personally take thse comments on board discuss them with people who have provided feedback personally and if its the right thing to do take that into account for the next show on July 16th.
Wow Lollo that was very dipolmatic of you, and congradulations on your recent honour of trainer of the year, i think it about 10 years to late but you have to remember the ozzies are about 10 years behind us Kiwis and youve more than proven yourself as a great fighter/trainer.
Lollo what did you mean with your comment "this bring guys like aaron to open the door to say how they feel about the balmoral gym" what kind of guy do you imply I am? and what have i said about the Balmoral Gym? My only comment about Balmoral was in response to Mike's comment that a losing fighter seen the light and went to train with balmoral in which after a hard nights training and no carbs for the past 3 weeks i failed to see the funny side!
Mike you have assumed the responsibility of promoting NZ kickboxers by printing articles on behalf of us and commentating k1. I would like to see you do this without any favortism to any gym, and promote us all as well as you would a lighting leegar fighter or balmoral etc, keep it professional like Neil Waka and Tony Robb do. I wasnt referring to any particular incident regarding my baisd remark, but rather a collection of incidents over the past few years. Everything you say is a reflection on all us kiwi fighters and our sport weather it in print or on national television.
I will try and give you some positive feed back in the future, ( espically after i have that first carb meal on thursday night) hehehe
WELL!!!
There goes our Kiwi Sports Trivia Tread!!!
So to finish it off!!!
Who's the most contriversial

in New Zealand???
lol
Tony Robb does a real good job. This is a man who loves the sport and puts the sport first. He attains every fight night in Auckland and lots in the north island. He does good solid commentary and doesn’t try to over take the fight with bias opinion. Tony’s son “Mark the shark Robb” was a very good fighter, so Tony knows first hand what it take to get into the ring and start treading. Tony also knows what it is like to take a 3 or 4 punch combo, as this is what he gets from me when he doesn’t pass the microphone. Myself and lots of kiwi fighters fought in the 70s 80s to around 1995 we didn’t really get good tapes of our fights, the young fighters of today can count them self lucky. They get excellent quality video tape unbiased commentary {which can be motivating to a fighter after reviewing} that they can show there grandkids. All this for only $20. Tony Robb has done a lot for NZ kickboxing and I hope today’s kick boxers are thankful for this. Here is an example, you have lollo Heimuli. in his prime at a trim 72kgs fighting Pathai Pornnikom.. This is the same Pathai who stoped Paul Briggs ten years later. This great fight is on a hand held home video tape. I watch it at least 2 times a year, starting to wear but I have back up copies
Also forgot to add in!!!
Most Contraversial!!!
Fighter =

Fanta fought don the dragon Wilson. I thought don did himself proud as back then Muay Thai and USA kickboxing were worlds apart from one another.
I think it was 10 or 12 rounds. Try staying in the ring with fanta for that long.
Fanta was also a very good boxer
Who did Nail Waka fight in a NZ title fight in only his 4th fight? The guy is one good fighter .
well put rebel we all owe Tony alot, that fight of lollo's you mentioned was the very fist thai boxing fight night i attended, think i was about 15. I remember going into phillip lams gym in New Lynn about two weeks before that and watching lollo train, he would just keep kicking the heavy bag contiuously for about 30 min and spitting in a bucket. I was a young kid doing a taekwondo system at the time and wondered why he wasnt throwing any spinning kicks or flashy techniques, hehe but i still remember how explsive he was in that fight, and Cut!!! would love to get a copy of that old tape
question for trivia
who brought Pathai to NZ and what gym did he originally train out of
Just to add on to Rebel's Praise of Tony Robb - he has done a fantasic job behind the scenes for NZ Kickboxing with combat video and has done pretty unrewarded for many years now - his catalogue of NZ fights would the the best and most historic of any in this country and has some of the best fights of top aussie fighter fighting in NZ. From Pathai vs Lollo to Rays world title fight to the Show at Ocean city on Friday Tony has and will be there doing his thing. And Tony does it all for the love of the sport. The first time I ever commentated a fight was on one of Tony's videoes - Tony you've created a monster (LOL).
Did Phillip Lam bring Pathai out - and was it orginally CIty Lee Gar (not sure on this one)
Was it Robert McGiness at Lumpinee in otahuhu
And i think his first fight in NZ after he arrived was against lollo
Rebel...Neil Waka fought Phil Baekdel(spelling?), I think it was a draw.
Which fighter was dropped by a spinning heel kick to the head and then came back to win the fight. It was in 1994 or 95 at the mandalay.
Congradulations Scotty, did you have something to do with this gym you seem to know alot about them, and you have the same haircut as the inner students, hehe.
dzl that was John conway and what a beautiful kick it was, cant believe conway got up from that and then ko his opppenent
Yes Aaron, I was in the perfect spot to see it and I'll never forget it.
Aaron
Robert's Sir-Dor club & our club, had this this sort of Love / Hate kind of a relationship going on.
And the haircut is just a coincidence
Here's One
Pathai fought
Lollo, Terry Hill & Tony Renata.
Can anybody give the results of each fight???
Good one Scotty - you're a fountain of knowledge.
Hmmn
I know Lollo won on points with a fifth round knock down securing it
Not sure about the other two ....
DNZ, almost mate. Phil was Neil’s 3rd fight. Neil’s 4th fight was against a Hamilton fighter who later went and had a good KO win in OZ.
Pathai beat Tony Renata and lost to terry I think. Lollo won the fight by a wide margin.
And Mark Tyson delivered that spinning heal kick which landed just above my eye. After that kick I was 8 years old waking up to go to school as I notice Terry hill in my bedroom counting with his fingers 6,7,8. As I stood up I then notice over a thousand screaming people also in my bedroom. It took some time to get my bearings together. First I had to make sure it wasn’t a boxing fight {nothing like a good old leg kick in a western boxing fight to add some juice to the fight} then to who I was fighting “oh look its mark”. Lollo shouting “hold on hold on”. I didn’t stop Mark but we did spend a lot of time on the canvas.
More questions
Where did combat videos do their first fight taping and who fought?
Which kiwi did Ashley fox fight for the south pacific featherweight title in 1991? I think on top of my head Neil waka had his title fight on the same night. DNZ should get this one.
The kiwi won by the way
Yep your right Rebel!!!
Lollo won unanamous decision
Terry won unanamous decision
Tony lost by Tko, being stoped in the 3rd round by huge leg kicks.
Here is another
Lightning Mike Angove,
Hiriwa T-man Tirangi,
Rex Rumble Redden,
Ivan Deisel Walker,
all have something in common, Who know's what it is???
And no it's not the obviouse. They all look alike
lol
Rebel!!!
Was the answer to your Question!!!
Smokey joe Conway? Not to sure if Joe was that light.
Actually i think it might have been
Dyson Karusa
Rebel that was Clinton Simmonds also Tman fought Mitch OHello, and if my memory isn't too far off, that was the night Me, Supercharge and Steve Misich had our debut fights.
Hey highlander are you saying I look like Hirawa Te Rangi and Mike Angove!!?? Just wait 'til I see you next....LOL
I was going to say Clinton Simmons but thought Na!!!
DZL!!!
Only slighty lt but your the better looking out of them all
lol
But do you know the real answer???
That would have been!!!
The Hammer Murray Milgrew for the WKC Light welterweight Title.
Also on the same card that night was!!!
Me, Monty Bhana & Hugh Willis.
Freaky!!!
I've answered the question before you asked it Rebel
Real Freaky!!!
Clue: Highlander you have that in common too, as did Tony Renata ....
Rebel - I think I was still at the age when T thought a right cross was a traffic signal.
Whoops Typo thats meant to be:
Rebel - I think I was still at the age when I thought a right cross was a traffic signal.
True Mike
But!!!
There is two answers to the Qestion!!!
Do you know them both???
Infact Mike!!!
You all have 3 things in common!!!
Can you name all 3???
Highlander, Joe was that light but it was before his time, I think he only had the 1 fight at that stage. But you are right it was Dynamite Dyason Kuresa.
How about the mid eighties. Simon Scott had a good little fighter call Jason Karr; He had a title fight on the north sure. His opponent who won the fight went on to live in Australia and did well. Who was the opponent? .
Highlander should get this one; he may have even fought that night also. Mike you were still a baby
Come on kiwis, who did Neil waka fight?
OK :
Me, Deisel, T Man, Rex Redden,
We all started with Zen Do Kai
We all got the chance to look through Scotty Thompson's peep hole at his tanning salon (tehe)
I can't think of anything else - ummn none of us a re Aucklanders by Origin (not sure about desiel through)
In regards to the comments I have read regarding commentary and favoritism towards gyms etc. Here is my 2 cents worth. Guys Unfortunately the truth hurts and whether it be a comment on TV or posting on this website it pisses people off. I took every ones comments on hand regarding Mikes dissing of T and we sat, spoke and watched the event together and yes there were a couple of comments that were a bit harsh but his job is to call it how it really looks and I applaud them by calling the show the way it looks to the viewer not how we want it to look for us or to save face because one of our own got knocked out. Look outside the square and ask the general public what they thought and I will 99.9% gaurentee that they never took any notice of the comments because they were that tied up in the show overall. From what I see the comments comming in are close friends of fighters or fighters themselves or even people with personal grudges towards specific individuals. Myself, fighters, trainers and commentators all become accountable to the public when TV is involved and my opinion is that if you dont believe within your heart that the comment is true then it aint worth worrying about.
1 out of 3 ain't 2 bad
Yes you are all Zen-Do-Kai
all 4 of you are Zen-Do-Kai Black Belts
all 4 of you have held a Kickboxing Title.
And to go even one further!!!
Mike, Rex & Hirewa have all had a World Title.
Must have been the Zen-Do-Kai in you all!!!!that mad you all so good
hehe lol
Oops, my answer to Rebels question was wrong... The show I was talking about where Ashley Fox fought Clinton Simmonds was in November 1990, you'd think I'd remember what year I had my first fight, duh!
Was the show where Fox fought Kuresa in Hamilton???if it was then I was punch drunk from my fight with Ray and don't remember.
Highlander I don't mind being compared to Hiriwa, but Angove???LOL
PS: Mike I am from Auckland but the best part, the North Shore.
Here's one...which mc/ring announcer had his microphone die when he was announcing the the main event with a big Mike Buffer style "lllets get ready to rummmbllle!" but got "lllets get ready to r....!"? Also what year was it and what was the significance of that main fight?
DNZ, was it Neil Waka announcing the world cruiserweight title fight between Ray Sefo and Andre Mannaart. Around late 95 maybe 96
Dyason, s fight was in new market with fox
One more sleep before fight night down town
Mike...this is the right time to ask Dixon on AX for high insurance cover after the commentary box...LOL!
Diesel! You've had too much hard sparring man, everyone knows the best part of Auckland is WEST Auckland ;) Haha. Looking forward to Keo's promotion tommorow, Good Luck Aaron, I'm sure you'll do us all proud! Man, just to think one day Im going to be old like all you guys reliving my glory days on the internet haha, ;)!
Richie ya smartass!LOL
Sorry Reb nearly, I thought you would have got this one, you were the video commentator. It was at Ray's first world title fight, the light cruiserweight title at the logan Campell centre, 1995. The guy I'm talking about was an "awesome" fighter.
Good luck to all the fighters in tonights show. GO HARD!!!
Richie you cheeky bugger - its much better when you get older becasue the older you get the better you were, the bigger your opponent and the more beautiful the girls, man as your memory fades ... it only get better
Good luck to Aaron and all the boys fighting tonight too.
Deisel - was it Filemu ???
Lollo I think I will build a cage around them or a dugout like baseball LOL.
Filemu Ah San was the announcer. Still today NZ hardest leg kicker. I think that night was also combat videos first video night. Lollol was/is NZs hardest over all kicker, just so I am not contradicting my self.
best of luck to all the fighters tonight.
I have my heavy weight in tonight Sydney Asiata matched up against Ben Matiatia. This is a rematch as they fought 3 weeks ago.it will also be for the NZ title
Hahah trueMike!!
Ok, I heard Filemu kicked some one so hard in the LEG once they were knocked unconsicious! Is that true? How can that happen?!
Syd is one to watch he's a good size for a heavyweight, a southpaw and has some great skills ... and Rebel is developing him up really nicely ... he sparred really well against Paula Mataele a few weeks back, so looking forward to seeing him in a rematch with Ben who can put it together pretty well also.
Apparently - Filemu used to destroy bags with his power. Scarry stuff
Filemu Ah San kick an Australian opponent so hard with leg kick that he KO him with them. He lay flat face down not able to beat the count, ref taking out the mouth protector. Even the funny walk you do after taking a good headshot. Myself and the other gym buddy’s were not as surprised as the crowed watching.
Rebel, that was Tom Heimuli against Wayne King in Queensland...
It was Simon Sweet here in Auckland that Filemu KO, but pretty much the same way.
Dixon...LOL! Shiavello will talk himself out of the gate I gurantee...LOL!
That was a one of Tom’s best fights. That was at the Ben Leah {spelling} tavern. Wayne King was a homicide detective, It looked like he might have to do a on himself for a while.
I was thinking about Filemu’s fight Jamie M
Rebel, you need to stop sparring the young guys too hard. It seems they are hitting you hard back..LOL! That was Ray Sefo here at the Mandalay in 1992.LOL! But it wasn't just the leg kick. He caught Jamie Male with a good upper-cut before he dropped him with the low kick.
Your right lollo!!!
Ray got jamie across the top of both thighs at the same time with a leg kick & out he went.
You been drinking again Rebel???
lol
Hey Fellow Writers
Well when i started this topic , i never thought id get so many people asking and answering questions. LOL
