(in the beginning he was in chakuriki ,however, he changed to mejiro and contributed the famous mejiro at that time...)

yamali started with chakuriki ..however, then switched to mejiro due to the better training atmosphere ..at that time mejiro fighters all have been beating chakuriki in generaly...however, further to the quit of jan plas from mejiro chakuriki has conquered the market and improved a lot and became famous...

i think that andre was about 68 kgs...

Yes Ercan,you're right it's Muzaffer and Sandy,the weight of Andre was 68-70 kg.There are some fights of Andre on tape,but they are so old now,that you can't find them in the shops.

Has the welterweight limit changed since then? One pic is titled welterweight champ, limit these days being 66.67kg or there abouts. Or are we talking about later on in his career?

This was posted way before Youtube. Now I have seen him on Youtube and what a shame indeed that Dutch Muay Thai lost such a fine fighter. Thanks for all the pictures you have posted Dirk.
