I am currently training for my black belt in Kickboxing, to date I have reached Green/White band. I train out of Focus Fit Martial Arts in Haywards Heath, under Black belt Instructor Shaun Weller. I 1st took up Boxing/Kickboxing to get fit, as I was over 18st and needed to get motivated. I fell in love with the sport and in recent months moved into sparring and then comp events. My fight record to date is 2(W)-0(L)-0(D) I am looking to get into teaching once I have my black belt, although this is a way off! I am currently a trainee instructor for Focus Fit, helping out on occasions with the boxing and kickboxing classes 3 times a week, which is something I really enjoy. |
