Tell us about yourself: Background in Shotokan Karate, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Boxing and others, experience gained over 25 years. Corunna Fight Academy's "style" reflects this as we are a mix of many styles which - so far is working well. I'm open to any advice - from the right people ;o) and do not allow "egos" within the gym nor will i EVER work with many of the "egos" i have had the displeasure of training with over the years - although i will remain thoroughly entertained by their antics!
