Tell us about yourself: Have been training in martial arts since i was 8yrs old, i have trained in judo,karate, kickboxing and multistyles.
i have dan grades in karate and kickboxing but for the last 12yrs i have concentrated on muay thai, and i am a qualified instructor and have been teaching since 1993.
I am currently affiliated to the U.K.M.T.A run by my friend and mentor Sandy Holt. I was referred to this site by Sandy Holt who i have the utmost respect for.
My camp train at the bellshill y.m.c.a.
